Yes I have and they says that its a problem with the shop. I have the URL that the module sends back, will that help?

Hi Just installed Payex, when I do a Direct Debit the shop won't display the order confirmation page. Instead of displaying an order confirmation page I see a 404 page. Can someone help me? Thanks
