the problem i transfer this site from a old server to a new one and before transfering i creat a new databased on the new server and change the old one of the other server to the new one on the new server then upload the complete download files from the old one to the new server .after a complete uploading the site does not load it load and remain blank

Thanks i did the changes but now the front website when you load it remain blank i did only change the DB name ,User and password the others remain on change

Hello I have the same problem ,i was trying to tranfer my domain to a new hosting server i only change the database name to the new one of the new server change the database username to the new one and the password then upload the databased back to the new one.after uploading the complete site to the new server the from store could not load it trun blank wheni try to open the site i am new this and i am just confuse on what to do next .A help from you will be highly appreciated thanks very much in advance .

Hello please i need help badly i was trying to transfer my prestashop store from a hosting plan to a new one because the old one is not stay able then i thought the best to do that was for me to download the whole site via FTP which i did .and after uploading the files via FTP to the new server the store could not load.when i try to open the site i get this error message Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'hawansto_pres147'@'localhost' (using password: YES) i will really be hard for me starting back from noting to build back the store Please i need Thanks in advance

Hello thanks very much for the help i did as you say but still the error kep showing i have remove the mibew module but still when i click on modules the page load and remain blank ,same error .please i need your help

I am using prestashop latest version ,i have a problem with my live chat support i was using offerchat which was not stayable so i dicided to look for a new one and i came across mibew ,i downloaded module and uninstall the offerchat that i was using ,in the process of uploading the new mibew to my shop the page stop loading and just remain blank , I try refeshing the page but nothing happen the other parts of the site are working just only the modules page is not loading ,When i try to load i have the error refence in my address bar (controller=AdminModules&token=4b4fef4043874e87b88528e33ffc68ea) .Can some one help on how to resoved this problem Thanks
