Hi mates, I have a prestashop 1.5.6.2 working for more than one year and recently I found a problem. When I try to login to the back office I get a red warning with: TECHNICAL ERROR:Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror So if I click two more times in the "log in" button I can login. That's weird. So I have to login three times to enter. I enabled the _PS_MODE_DEV_ but I cannot see additional information. Any suggestion? Thanks

Anybody could find how to remove de default language extension with mediaservers? Thanks.

Hi guys, so I tried to use the code in the .htaccess and it works fine. But if I set the media servers configuration, even I write again the code in the same place it doesn't work. My version 1.5.6.2. Did anybody find the same problem?

Buenas, ya he finalizado la configuración de media servers y es cierto se nota en un par de segundos el tiempo de carga. Me gustaría comentar por si alguno se está encontrando con problemas en la configuración aunque haya seguido todos los pasos correctamente es posible que si disponéis de un servidor apache configurado por defecto tengáis que incrementar el número de peticiones que es capaz de recibir el servidor. Hay que tocar apache2.conf e incrementar los valores del prefork o worker según la configuración de apache.

I found one sollution for this. The best thing is not to use cart rules, use different carriers, finally I set up a regular provider with the right weights. And I also set up a free delivery carrier with price ranges between 50-100 € and price 0 and the limit for this carrier is 15 kg in the maximum package weight. I'm so happy now!!!

Hi Pascal, right this is one of the pages in the checkout. What I found finally is that there are two options to do this: - First: set up "free shipping starts at" option in the shipping handling page at backoffice. In this case everything works fine in the three pages of the checkout that the transports prices appears. The problem of this choice is that works for all the carriers, even they are so expensive. - Using "cart rules" shipping price is not ok in "summary" and "Shipping" sections of the checkout, but is right in the "payment" page. By this way the users will think that something is wrong. I'm using 1.5.6.2. Thanks.

Hi, I already set up the cart rules for free shipping and it works fine in the shopping cart summary calculation. I have 9 diferent carriers and just some of them are free, the others are too expensive. The problem is in the shipping page it shows the real price for the transport and is not appying the cart rule because it seems this is just for the summary. I cannot find a variable in the order-carrier.tpl shipping page with the information that a few of the transports are free. Anybody can help me? Thanks.

Me consulta un compañero la regla para aplicar ésto. Primero tenéis que ir a atributos y valores y definir un nuevo atributo llamado Peso con los valores que necesitéis 500 gr, 1 Kg, 2 Kg... Después dentro de un producto ir al apartado de combinaciones y pulsáis sobre el generador de combinaciones. Aquí podréis utilizar los atributos y valores definidos, asignar pesos para los envíos y stocks. Es importante también si una vez introducido editáis cada uno de los registros para especificar que foto corresponde con cada elemento. Buenas, ésto lo he solucionado usando combinaciones y atributos. Defines un atributo "peso" con los valores 100,200,300 y generas combinaciones para cada producto. El problema lo tengo en que no se me ocurre por ahora como automatizar los pedidos a proveedores de éste modo. Un saludo.

I tried the solution proposed by Alabid taking out the www and it's awesome but it's working. To use this you have to force de recompilation of the cache. I will try to find another solution anyway. Thanks.

Hi Benjamin, that's the point. Even you put automatically or manually a quantity, the 81 product in the list will be turned to 0 and you will get the error, in the time you click the Save button. This is strange.
