  1. Also having this problem It seems to be fine on most phone browsers except for the default android browser.
  2. Hello Jereon Unfortunately I never got this solved. I had tech guys from ogone ( who were working with tech guys from prestashop) and between them they didnt get it sorted so in the end I decided to accept defeat and use the sagepay and the prestochangeo sagepay module which is absolutely superb. Also this embeds into your checkout so the customers doesnt even feel like they have left your site. I tried for weeks to get the ogone module working but my advice for you would be just to steer clear of it. Sorry Anthony
  3. I am just after sample files for categories and products so i can upload them. i cant find any working samples anywhere to download. have you got any samples or working csv files for cats and prods
  4. hello michalis.... did u get this fixed?? I am looking for the the sample files so i can import my own products and categories etc. is it possible you could email them to me at [email protected] many thanks anthony
  5. Ive found the answer to this. ... or at least the answer to my problem when add to cart button was missing. Simply put you have to have at least 1 combination of every product otherwise it wont show an add to cart button. I see ladders which obv have lots of sizes although i do also sell items that come in 1 size only and it was these 1 size only products that were missing an add to cart button. Hope this helps
  6. HI guys I have a problem with the Ogone payment gateway module. My customers can go through the payment process which transfers the customer to the ogone site where they can complete payment. Once payment has gone through the ogone will transfer the customer back to my website http://www.laddersukdirect.co.uk/modules/ogone/confirmation.php where they will be greeted by a blank screen with the message Please wait while your order is being processed... See attached Image. this will stay like this until you close the window. I am using prestashop 1.4.0.17 and have already checked the "outpu" to "output" typo that i have read in other posts. I have checked with ogone and all the technical details within ogone are fine (double checked by ogone techs) Please help as many of my customers bail once they realise they have to pay with paypal. Many thanks in advance. Anthony ([email protected])
