He llamado muchas veces a Godaddy y las respuestas son: Que el problema es mi proveedor de internet, que el codigo esta malo en la pagina web. Realice un respaldo de mis archivos y base de datos, lo instale en un hosting gratis y me funciono de maravilla. Volvi a llamar a Godaddy y la respuesta fue que no tenian una respuesta para mi error. Les dije que era cliente de muchos años y me contestaron que me cambiara de Tienda Prestashop (Como si fuera facil, ademas los gastos que he tenido al comprar temas y modulos). Bueno al final me decidi irme a otro proveedor de hosting, estoy mudando a inmotionhosting.com, recomendado por prestashop y se encuentra cerca latinoamerica.
