  1. I'm really sorry to jump onto this thread, but I'm having real difficulty trying to align the product boxes on a "products in the same category" page. My problem is caused by differing lengths of product name. Some names only occupy 2 rows of text and others occupy 3 before truncation kicks in. This is having the effect of leaving random gaps in the page. Is there a way of lengthening the box itself so that it can accomodate either 2 or 3 rows of text without adjusting itself? I've trawled through the theme's productscategory.tpl and the productscategory.css but cannot find where this adjustment would need to be made. The site is currently under maintenance, but if you wouldn't mind taking a look, I'll gladly add your ip. Regards Neil Coleclough (struggling!)
  2. I'm using the autoupgrade module v1.3.3 to take my 1.4.0.17 store up to 1.6.05 The process looks to be working well, however when I compare the database (post upgrade) to a fresh 1.6.0.5 install there are a large number of data tables missing. Is there a setting on the server that needs enabling to grant permission for the upgrade module to create and modify data tables?
  3. I have re-enabled the example link at http://www.elora-too...-2-deep-sockets so you can see the issue, just click on any product.
  4. Thanks for replying. Please see attached screenshots of the available options under Preferences SEO & URLs. I couldn't see a reference to schema.
  5. I'm having problems with site navigation when friendly URL's are activated and the product being linked to is in a category which begins with a number. This seems to throw up a 404 error. Is this a known issue, and is there a work-around for this? Any help - really appreciated! Example can be seen by following any of the product links on this page:- http://www.elora-tools.co.uk/5-1-2-deep-sockets
  6. I have just installed the backwardcompatibility module, the most recent Paypal module (3.4.1) and the mobile theme. All has gone well, except that when I attempt to checkout using a mobile device, I am redirected back to the site from Paypal having logged in to Paypal and chosen which card to use. The mobile site then takes me through a 5 stage checkout process which ends up with a screen inviting me to select language and currency. That's where the whole process stops. The site is at www.gedoretools.co.uk - could you shed any light on what might be going wrong? The site is based on Prestashop 1.4.4.1 by the way.
