    The error seems to have been that the response urls is not in the correct directory. My module for payment is called vcs. In vcs.php the variable $answer_url is set to look for a file called validation.php inside the /modules/vcs folder, but no such file exists at all in that folder. I have found it inside /modules/vcs/controllers/front So I have copied the validation.php file to where the actual module is calling for it. ie. /modules/vcs/validation.php. try that?

    can anyone help? We have a problem with our payment modules - it randomly generates invoices with no products listed. installed prestashop 1.609 - installed about a month ago payment modules we use is default cheque and south african bank credit card module the error happens with both modules both generates invoices successfully listing all products and payment made -- then every 2nd or third invoice it creates a perfect invoice but does not list any products the bank has told us that the the payment module cannot find the response urls of our prestashop? yet it does find it for every second one? can this be just a time out issue? IN000027correct (1).pdf IN000024wrong.pdf

    Very frustrating. It would appear the problem was not this complicated at all. the solution was in replacing the invoice logo with a jpg - it was initially a png that solved everything.

    I am installing a credit card payment module for a client in south africa called vcs (www.vcs.co.a) The module integrates fine except the invoices generated by the payment method showed price taxes and shipping but not what products were bought. that section is just empty. VCS want me to specify response url's- Can anyone one help - where should I be specifying the url's and what those urls' should be?

    think i found the solution to products all categories have to be created in a subcategory under home like 'all products' then in top horizontal menu you can select the 'all products' under home as a button havent found an answer for 'all manufacturers' yet you cannot sub categorise the manufacturers probably somewhere in translations?

    When I look at my web on the mobile site it shows the menu with the word 'category' next to it how can i change it to 'menu'? where in the translations?

    Using latest prestashop 1.6 i have been trying to set up a menu for pollypotterstoystore.com. on the top menu I want to add also 2 drop down buttons - one for brands (manufacturers) one for products (categories) with all its branches of subcategories I have set it up in top horizontal menu configure by selecting under 'available items' one called 'home (mystore)' for 'products' and All Manufacturers' for 'brands' and it displays all the drops down beautifully but of course 'home' and 'all manufacturers' are wrong see attached how do i change the word 'home' to 'products' and all manufacturers to 'brands' ? I waved through pages and pages of translations? cannot find it? alternatively i could create a new item in the available items ---that will do all the drop downs -- but i could not manage that? i can add only 1 link to a new item.. hoe do you add all the sublinks?

    tx for your patience but I simply cannot find it my server cannot list all the modules installed Warning, your hosting provider limits the maximum number of fields to post in a form: and advise me to do it locally changing the file itself but which file?? searched through all of them - ??? for 'Wrapping' found <span>{l s='Wrapping' mod='blockcart'}</span> in blockcart.tpl and found $googleCart->AddItem(new GoogleItem(utf8_decode($this->l('Wrapping')), '', 1, $wrapping)); in gcheckout.php but changing it here does not affect the cart block word 'Wrapping'?

    I would like to change the breadcrumbs sitting at the top of the product pages Home >prestashop Beanie Kids >prestashop Bears and Monsters >prestashop Primrose the Bear As you can see my shop is saved in the subfolder 'prestashop', but it does not look great having the breadcrumbs showing this subfolder ea time? PS 1.4.8 what are my options?? How can I take out the 'prestashop' in this thread?

    aaah found it -- it is kind of 'hidden' Tx for quick reply manage to change most of the wording correctly -- only remaining one that I simply cannot find is the word WRAPPING sitting in the CART summary? Is this in file translation of Front Office? see attached PS 1.4.8

    Where can I change the wording for the Gift wrap option. found this thread http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/136029-gift-message-edit/ It advise (You can change this in BO Tools.Translations.Front Office Translations. /It's under order-carrier - 26 expressions (25) ) but my BO dont have these options - I am using the latest prestashop version ? The reason I need to change this: I basically need to add an option for registered post - which would work the same as the gift wrap option - simply add an additional 'top up' fee to a clients selection of postage carrier I thought the easiest would be to replacing the 'gift wrap' option with a 'registered post' option -- but this means the change of words 'gift wrap' to 'registered post' will need to populate through the whole check out process down to paypal ?

    The Gift wrap fee appears in the 'taxes' section when selecting Paypal as payment option? Can I change it from my side to show something else instead of the word 'taxes' like 'extras' or 'packaging'? I found the exact question in this search but no answers? http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PNM-11?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Aall-tabpanel when the option : gift wrapping is activated, the amount of the wrapping is sent to paypal on a name called : "TAXE" which can be confusing because it is different than VAT or other taxes.. and not sugerating gift wrapping fee. how to change this text when the infos are sent to Paypal API and give something like "wrapping taxes" instead ?
