Lokal habe ich nichts z.Z Installiert, Müsste ich ausprobieren, ob es Lokal anders ist , Ich werd heute mal einfach hier alles Neu Installieren und die DB & das Template übertragen Welche Spalte deleted ?

Hallo, erst mal bereits jetzt Dankeschön, Meine order_state Tabelle hat 16 Zeilen ( Eine Mehr als du ) Zeige Datensätze 0 - 15 ( 16 insgesamt, die Abfrage dauerte 0.0002 sek.) Ja ich benutze ein Template was ich gekauft habe, Jedoch war das mit dieser Version definitiv kompatibel. Ja ich habe es selbst installiert, damals auf Xampp um alles Lokal einzurichten und dann hab ich die FTP Daten Neu gedownloaded für den Server, Prestashop Neu Installiert und die Datenbank einfach vom Lokalen gedumpt und auf den Neuen Server gebatcht. Meine Datenbank hat : 176 Tabellen -

Hallo liebe Community, JA richtig gelesen, für die Lösung meines Problemes zahle ich Geld. Mehr dazu am Ende. Ich habe folgende 2 Probleme mit meinem Prestashop ( Version 1.4.7.0 ) Problem A:) Wenn jemand eine Bestellung mit Beispielsweise 2 Produkten auf gibt, dann kommen bei mir plötzlicherweise 3 Produkte in der Bestellung im Back-Office, z.B Wasser & Kekse bestellt der Kunde aber im Back Office steht : Wasser, Kekse, Bier, Das Bier wird nicht einmal im Back-Office in der Gesamtsumme zusammengerechnet, da es ja nichtmal richtig bestellt wurde. Bei meinem Laden sorgt das für viel Verwirrung und muss zurzeit manuell mit Datenbank arbeit gelöst werden. & Ja es sind verschiedene Produkte die einfach ungewollt "mitbestellt" werden, Natürlich aber nicht zugerechnet. Problem B:) Wenn jemand eine Bestellung aufgegeben hat und erfolgreich Bezahlt oder sonst etwas Kann ich Leider nicht den Status ändern, Hier ist ein Bild von dem Fehler, http://www0.xup.in/e...hp?fid=21004759 Status nachrichten Fehler gibs auch : http://www0.xup.in/exec/ximg.php?fid=10609571 es gibt einfach keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten, obwohl ich nachgeschaut hab das die Default Wahl Möglichkeit besteht. Die Zahlung für die Lösung ( beide Probleme inbegriffen ) erfolgt mit Ukash, ich Zahle 50 EUR Ukash für die Lösung des Problems. Es ist sehr wichtig für mein Geschäft. Da ich zurzeit sehr viel Arbeit hab um die Bestellung manuell zu ändern etc. Grüße, k1lla1337

Hello Prestashop Community, I have 2 problems with my Prestashop, i look for help for that Problems, btw: I use Prestashop 1.4.7.0 Official from Prestashop.com downloaded Problem A) After a Customer sent a Order in Front Office, and i Login to Back-Office and Check orders i See that He bought by example 3 Products : Water , Cakes and Beer , But the Price is Only calculated for Water and Cakes, the Beer my Customer never bought, but it is in the order, thats the reason too why its not calculated in the total price. Problem When i recieved a Order and i try to change the Orderstatus from "Awaiting for Payment" to "Order Paid" or something other its not possible, There is nothing to Change : http://www0.xup.in/exec/ximg.php?fid=21004759 I dont know why i cant change, there should be some "default" settings like, Order sent or etc. btw, its german, but the System is the same If someone can me help professional to solve both Problems i can Pay 50 EUR Ukash. hello dear prestashop users, i have a problem with my webpage, if i go to the home page its everythink ok, it looks like it should be, but if i click on my Categories "Electronic" for example, then it shows me all productes and graphics, but the CSS is not loaded, so the background is white, the cart icon is not available ( cuz its in the css included ) and it looks very bad :/ could anyone help me ? Thanks a lot!

Hallo liebe Deutsche Community, Ich habe folgendes problem mit meiner Internetseite von Prestashop, wenn ich auf die Home Seite komme dann ist alles wie gewohnt geh ich aber dann Links auf beispielweise eine Kategorie dann ist die Page natürlich noch da Alle Grafiken werden Angezeigt & Produkte jedoch verschwindet die CSS , Somit sieht man kein Home / Specials / Contact / FAQ Balken Mehr, und alles ist einfach weiß, ziemlich Schade. Wo liegt der Fehler weiß es jemand ?

Thanks, i've found already a solution. just wanted to add it, i just wrote in my Western Union order state a 1 and on name too then it worked

i typed in "order_state" a 1 and on owner 1 to then it goes well, i just added Owner Name and Order State in Comment and now its work provisional.

i tried to download your version of paypal and replaced it, and i tried it again but nothing changed.

Im using Western Union Module, i didnt had Paypal Module installed, i tried to install,deinstall, then i tried, same Error, and then i installed again and tried with active paypal module to pay with western union but the same problem came again always : OrderHistory -> id_order_state is empty

Hello dear Prestashop Users, i've bought the Western Union Module for my Prestashop, and i tried an test-order to check if the module work. but i get this message : " Fatal error (OrderHistory -> id_order_state is empty)" i already contacted the developer but i hope to get from forum a faster answer . i already used google and saw much people got that error message but nobody at "Western union Module" so im the only one thats make me sad because i dont know how to solve . could someone help me ? i would be so glad PS: I tried deinstall and install new, i added the ID at Order -> Satus, and on the Database "ps_order_state" its show me its there. biggest hopes daniel
