Sorry suddenly now can login already. Is maybe because i login using example.com/store/admin first then try the second time using www.example.com/store/admin

When i install prestashop i choose with www infront of the domain to install it instead of example.com without the www infront. Everything was working fine until i had set my website to automatic show or rewrite the www.example.com instead of example.com. Now whenever i try to login to back office with typing the www.example.com it won't let me login. But if i type without wwww it lets me login but with a warning: You are currently connected under the following domain name: example.com This is different from the main shop domain name set in the "Multistore" page under the "Advanced Parameters" menu: www.example.com Click here if you want to modify your main shop's domain name. What can i do now?

After i change the admin email it seems working now. I just tested on one of it where i try to use contact us: webmaster and customer service. And it send a copy to me to my intended email address. Provided that i had set it at customer>contacts as xx.domain.com and my admin email same as xx.domain.com Vekia, at preference> store contact earlier i had set it. If i don't set email address at customer>contacts, prestashop will still use default email address to send out email.

How to configure shop email address? When i fist install prestashop 1.5 on our server they require email address. but however i do not use that email address to reply or send email to customer. By default of every order or message from customer prestashop will use this default email address. for example new order, contact webmaster, contact customer service. How to change this email address to other email address? I manage to change contact webmaster and contact customer service at customer>contacts. But however it didn't send an email to my address whenever there is a new messsage from customer? I not sure what else need to configure? Can anyone help me? My main point is want to change all the email address that prestashop automatic send out to customer as i do want want to use the default email address.

I had try to send to 2 email address and i check both in the spam box also didn't found anything. What should be the problem?

After waiting for so long there is still no reply from a2hosting. If it is not a2hosting fault at least try to explain. haiz...a2hosting are very arrogant. I cannot blame on a2hosting solely because i heard somewhere that running ecommerce software are slightly slower than running a normal web. I had try to login to backoffice it was slightly faster than front office. Perhaps i think one of the factor is the script problem that need to optimize. But i also curious is it a2hosting using SSD server for me as i register for it and they said is very fast.

Hi Vekia, There is no error appear. I try to turn on the report by: going to config/config.inc.php line 29 (actually there is nothing there) then i add @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); on line 29 but still there is no error come out. Or is there anyway to turn the error report on on prestashop 1.5.4.1?

I have fresh installation of prestashop 1.5.4.1. After i install send to friend module thats come with prestashop then i try to use it on front office but cannot. Once i put my email address on it and I didn't receive any email after click send. Is there anything that i need to configure?

Actually i had 2 carriers. One of them set according to the price and another one set according to weight. Thanks i had try to adjust the weight base on your recommendation and it works now. But however i don't understand if i choose a product with a weight of 0.5kg the the price will be 0.5 - 0.75kg range price not 0.5kg and below range but i think there is no problem for this and i think is acceptable. One more thing on the help file it said the price should put according as below: 0.001- 0.500 = price 0,501 - 0.75 = price and it doesn't work. I think prestashop should do some amendment on it.

I'm trying to configure at shipping>carrier>then select all the carrier>then at out of range behaviour: to disable carrier instead of "apply the cost of the highest defined range". I have set two carrier. 1 of it is according to total price and another one according to total weight. when both of the carrier set according "out of range behaviour: to disable carrier". one of the carrier only show up on front office and another one was not showing although the weight is in the range. Provided that i had set all the fees. If one the carrier that set according to weight the "out of range behaviour: to apply the cost of the highhest defined range" and now both of the carrier showing up at the front office but however if i set to this behaviour my carrier still enable although it goes far beyond the weight range with the same shipping price. For example i only accept until 30kg now you can purchase more than 30kg with the shipping price of 30kg and this cannot be correct. Besides, when i purchase 1kg of goods the shipping fees showing 30kg shipping fees. The carrier that according to weight i set it according to like this: 0.001- 0.500 = price 0,501 - 0.75 = price Is this correct? Please help.
