Hi, I have an issue when I try to access Catalogue > Products and the issue is simple... I get a blank white page. However, I have enabled profiling and nothing shows up, just the same balnk white page. I've viewed my error_log on the server and no error is recorded. I have cleared the cache and again, no difference. Any help with this would be fantastic... I'm stuck! Davie

I've searched on here and found a very old post relating to something similar, but given that we're now on 1.6 rather than 1.5 I've started a new thread. My site has new £0.00 value carts automatically created every minute or so... Between 50 and 80 carts per hour and I'm 100% convinced that they are being created by bots. Can anyone assist me in confirming and resolving this please? According to my dashboard, I'm using version 1.6.0.5.

I'm looking for some help to stop blocking GoogleBot from images, CSS & JavaScript files. If in Google Webmaster Tools, I use the Fetch As GoogleBot (Fetch & Render) tool, it shows that my slideshow, and most image are not being fetched or rendered by GoogleBot and this is quite bad in terms of being able to rank well. As I am using Prestashop and the standard theme, I'm trying to find out how I can enable GoogleBot to crawl/fetch and render these files. El Patron... I cannot thank you enough for your incredibly quick reply and fantastic help! My issue is now fully resolved and I can confirm that there was a modified Block Categories which was hooked into displayFooterProduct. Once i disabled it, the site speed went through the roof and product pages are now loading in 1.79 seconds. Hope you have a great day!

Hi El Patron! I've attached a PDF document (due to the amount of content) with the profiling output... Not good at all, but I think it's to do with attributes? The vast majority of attributes have now been removed from the majority of products, the most any has now is perhaps 10 variables and those products are very low in numbers. I would be grateful for your opinion on this. profiling.pdf

Hi Dh42, Thank you for your reply! I am using version 1.6.0.5 and I am hosting with A2 Hosting as they are recommended by Prestashop. It is just as well that they have good Customer Service, because I've had nothing but issues with them since paying £400+ up front for annual VPS hosting.

Hi, I'm having real issues with the loading time of my product pages. I have got the index page to load in under 3 seconds and category pages in 2 seconds flat, but my product pages are taking so long to load, that they sometimes timeout and cannot be reached. The site is HERE If anyone could advise me on how to fix this, I would be very grateful. I really hope that it isn't very obvious, like the use of large images on the product pages... If so, I apologise for wasting your time! David

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone can assist me with this unusual issue. I've had to switch my category pages to display in list view as my images have stopped displaying on grid view. I prefer grid view but cannot use it due to the images not displaying and would be grateful if anyone could offer any suggestions on how to get them back. Hi Mariia, How would I be able to use this in Prestashop 1.6? Ideally I'd like to have the date picker on the product page and part of the required* steps in order to purchase. Not sure if it's allowed through the forums to make an offer of payment, but I'd be willing to pay for the implementation of this! I look forward to your reply!

Can Anyone Help...? Hello, I'm trying to figure out how I can use a Combination/Attribute to increase the price of a product by a defined percentage rather than a defined price. I'm using PS 1.5.2 and would really appreciate any help here... It may be that you have an alternate method and if so, I'd love to hear it. I'm confident that this is something many people could use. To clarify what I'm looking to achieve, the task is pretty simple really. I'm selling Printed Materials such as Business Cards, Flyers, Posters etc and as part of this sale, many clients require what we call Express Production (basically this means that instead of taking a week to design and print, we complete the process in 72 hours). We offer this added service at a rate of 50% above the standard cost. What I need, is some way of placing a check box or radio button within each product that when checked, will automatically increase the product price by 50%, but this needs to work in line with other attributes too. For example, there are various quantities available, each have a different price... 1000 @ £52, 2500 @ £81, 5000 @ £99 etc... So the 50% increase should be applied to the chosen Quantity and Price.
