I want to remove all sample pix and data from front page and thruout. I have gone thru all possible locations and I can not get rid of photos and print material. Thanks Trimlon

You can login to the PrestaShop admin area. Then go to Catalog tab. You will see all products there. In order to unpublish them just click the green check sign under Displayed. It will become a red cross and the product will no longer be displayed.

I recently installed PrestaShop version 1.5.6.1 and I have the same question as Trimlon.  I am trying to replace the sample pictures on the front page.  I am using the default theme.  I have deleted all the sample categories and products from the Admin area.  Still, the sample pictures of ipods, etc. are displayed.  Is there an option to replace those images?

Good morning

If you are talking about the slider then goto:

Back office > Modules > Modules > Front office features > Image slider for your home page > Configure > Upload a new image

You can find them here in your database

public_html/Your Shop/modules/homeslider/images

It is better to give more than you receive

aissia.co.uk  under construction (be aware this is an adult site)

Yes, I was referring to the slider.  The option to change this seems to be well hidden.  Thanks for the help.
