In 2014, Julien Bergis and Romain Jourdan had the original idea for what would later become the online store Les Raffineurs : a webshop aimed at easing the process of finding great gift ideas. Almost seven years later, more than twenty people work for the growing company, which now has two PrestaShop websites, and soon eight retail stores in France.
To accompany the growth of the business, Les Raffineurs had to rely on a single email marketing platform that is now addressing 375k+ subscribers, with a 27% average open rate, and is able to generate €500k+ in revenue over the course of only three months.
