Same for me, here the solution I found: I hard changed the code on the files (on the theme/default-bootstrap/) order-address.tpl and addresses.tpl On these two files, I hide fields letting the customer to add/choose address. using style="display:none; to hide the combo for choosing adress, but allowing the use of the default values - which is the billing address. or the commenting balise ( <!-- text to hide --> ) to hide the button like "Add new addesse"... Now in my front end they don't have choice, only one address.

We are in 2015 and it's still impossible! Well actually we can combine discount let say: 50$ => 5% 100$ => 5% + 7% 150$ => 5% + 7 % + 10% But I can't find a way to have ONE discount faor a range of price. 50$ => 5% 100$ => 7% 150$ => 10%

For those who still wonder how to do that: You can combine your discount On your cart rule Conditions : check the box "Compatibility with other cart rules"

C'est aussi ma question, mais malheureusement je pense que c'est impossible. On ne peut avoir accès au code source du site web si on utilise le cloud (c'était une des conditions écrite dans la liste comparative entre la version cloud et la version en téléchargement) et si c'est la seule solution pour changer son image de background, alors c'est impossible...
