Hi guys, I am having login issues when I login through my mobile devices but no issues when I tried the laptop. A couple of months ago I did not have this issue. Anyone encounter a similar issue? It's frustrating as sometimes I am outside and I am unable to check the orders through mobile. Any hep/advise would be very useful. Thanks!

Hi gurus, How do I remove this subdomain from the my site URL? Current it is www.xyz.com/presta/ I think it is because of the presta installed in the server as a separate folder. Do I need to move the files to the main domain to remove this /presta/? Would it disrupt the database? Please advise the best way to achieve this. Many thanks

Yes you are right. Something wrong with the JS. I had to restore and start over again and it is now working. Thanks for the idea!

Hi Gurus, I am facing an issue which I am unable to resolve on my own and could not find a solution in any of the existing threads. My guest has entered the shipping and billing addresses and the carrier could not be updated unless I "Refresh/F5" the page. Before Refresh After Refresh How can I trigger the JS or PHP code to "update" the carrier without refreshing the page? The shopping cart seems to be reflect the changes when I update the address but the carrier just doesn't seem to be updated Appreciate your help on this. Note: I am using PS 1.6.1.4 and default theme (but with custom layout). Many thanks. Regards, Maggie

Hi, Couldn't find that piece of code that captures the checkbox event in tpl file

Hi all, I am trying to change the behaviour of this checkbox "Please use another address for invoice" but unable to locate the JS codes in the opc-oder.js So my intent is to change this checkbox to be always checked and rename to "Same as Billing". I am able to change this but when it's unchecked it hides the whole <div> of Invoice address. What I wish to do is to enable all the fields instead of hiding the whole invoice address. Where can I find the codes that hide/display the div when the checkbox is ticked/unticked. Please advise. Regards, JJ

Yes for Lifetime front end cookies is under Administration - Preferences tab. But changing this didnt work until I clear cache in Prestashop Cheers

I changed this settings "Lifetime of Front office cookies to 1" No effect until I cleared the server cache. Sorry my earlier post wasn't detail enough.

Works now as I cleared the cache under Advanced Parameters > Performance Cheers
