  1. My intension is to have several shops with the same product library so I have enabled the multistore setting. Currently I only have one shop and one domain name (besides the one assigned by Prestashop). I have bought an SSL certificate for this domain, it is active and it seems to be working with both http and https. I don't which URL you've tried, but please see attached picture for a screen shot of my list of domains and certificates.
  2. Hello everyone, I have set up a webshop in PS Cloud, added my own domain name, bought an SSL certificate to it, enabled SSL in the shop config, etc. Everything in regards to the certificate actually seems to work as it should: I can enter https://www.somedomain.dk and the connection will be SSL encrypted, but when I enter www.somedomain.dk (without https) it doesn't redirect to https. Someone told me how to fix this by adding these two lines to the htaccess file: RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off But that just gave me a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error instead. According to PrestaShop's support team this is an error relating to multi shop & SSL in combination, and they asked me to report it to their bug tracker. I did so 2 weeks ago, but the case has just been set to "in progress" and nothing seems to happen. Can it really be true that no one else has a PS Cloud multi-shop solution with fully functioning SSL? I will be most grateful if anyone can help me solve the problem.
  3. I get the same error, but only on the front page of the shop - and not when I enter the site with https.
  4. I just tried to upload the modified file with the "original" name (ie. invoice.tpl) to the /themes/<mytheme>/pdf directory. I then made an order and the invoice that came out of it was the modified one. Thank you for your help, eleazar - you let me to the solution
  5. Ah! My mistake. I must have been in another world when I read your suggestion about downloading. Luckily I have a fast internet connection I found the file, changed it a bit and upload it to /themes/<mytheme>/pdf directory as you described. According to your description, my invoice should now be displayed as new option in the drop down in orders --> invoices, but it doesn't. What am I missing?
  6. Thank you for a quick reply, eleazar :-) I've downloaded all files and folders (the entire site including themes) via FTP, but I cannot find this invoice.tpl at all - not in any folder. That is my main problem. Am I missing something obvious, or could this be a difference between cloud and non-cloud Prestashops?
  7. Hello, I want to change the layout of the invoice pdf that is sent out to the customer after they have made an order. I'v read in some posts that it should be possible to edit the invoice.tpl found in some /pdf folder, but I don't have this file. I'm using Prestashop Cloud and a theme called "Electronics - PRS020027". Any help is much appreciated :-)
  8. I've added my own domain on the Prestashop Cloud Dashboard "Domains & Certificates" and now I want to buy an SSL certificate for it. But when I click the button "Add an SSL certificate", I get the message, that the domain has to be set as primary domain first (message: "Your pswebshop.com domain is already secured, so no need for an SSL certificate for this domain! Either add a domain or make sure the domain you have selected is a primary one"). So I've tried to make my own domain the primary one, but then I get an error message saying "Default domain cannot be updated" and nothing more. Can anyone help me with this? Prestashop Support haven't replied yet (asked 3 days ago) and it's kind of urgent.
  9. Yes, I've added my own domain on the Prestashop Cloud Dashboard "Domains & Certificates" (both myowndomain.dk and www.myowndomain.dk). And now I want to buy an SSL certificate for it. But when I click the button "Add an SSL certificate", I get the message, that the domain has to be set as primary domain first (message: Your pswebshop.com domain is already secured, so no need for an SSL certificate for this domain! Either add a domain or make sure the domain you have selected is a primary one). An when I try to make my own domain the primary one, I get an error message saying "Default domain cannot be updated" and nothing more.
  10. I too get this message "Your pswebshop.com domain is already secured, so no need for an SSL certificate for this domain! Either add a domain or make sure the domain you have selected is a primary one" when I try to add an SSL certificate. But when I try to make my own domain name the primary one, I just get a message saying: "Default domain cannot be updated". What am I doing wrong? I use Prestashop Cloud, by the way.
