<SOLVED> Hi Just wondering if there is a way to set up a buy one get one free deal in Prestashop or if there is a module that will do this We often need to run deals that are buy two get the third free or buy one get one half price or buy one get one free Any help apprecieated Thanks

No - had not done anything with this I have disabled it but then get a completely white blank homepage Enabling it we get as per screenshot

<solved> Hi Can someone help please We seem to be running into issues with the front of the site Fatal error: Call to a member function getPrice() on a non-object in /home/linweb37/s/shop.bosworthsgc.co.uk/user/htdocs/modules/socialsharing/socialsharing.php on line 169 In debug mode this is what is showing If I disable this module I am getting most part of the homepage showing but no products etc with a warning message 1 product not found - see screenshot Can anyone help us please Thanks

We have been setting up the Advance URL module and encountered a white screen on the front end I went tot he back end and enabled "Disable apache multi view" and now get an error 500 internal server error I cannot now access front or back end Can anyone help please as we are stuck! thanks Jon

After removing the module via FTP our site is now back

We were using the module as a trial BUT we had some issues and it was not functioning correctly The developer was looking in to the issues We have emailed them with this debug error At the moment we cannot access our back office at all Just wondering if I delete the module in FTP is this the same as doing it through the Modules part of the back office? Thanks

It looks like it is a module that we have on trial. We have been encountering issues with the module anyway and the developer is looking into this for us. As we are unable to get into the back office, should I go in via FTP and delete this module? Thanks

[sOLVED] Hi We have just had a situation that when we are logging in to the back office the next screen is blank If viewing this in IE we get an internal server error 500 We were only adding products to the shop Is this something in the prestashop set up we need to fix or down to our hosting company If it is something within prestashop can anyone advise on how to fix this the front office is working fine - it is only affecting the back office Any help appreciated as we are a little stuck Thanks

We only had a few items in with the official module Only just setting up the Prestabay - currently we have an issue with the shipping - we are not able to add a domestic shipping method However the support is looking at this for us which is good. It is a paid for module or subscription based but we would rather pay and have something that works. I guess you could delete what you have listed and then re-list

I am testing two other modules at present Prestalia have a module http://www.prestalia.it/en/modules-and-services/prestashop-modules/21-ebay-revolution.html I think you need to have an actual eBay shop for this to work The other solution is PrestaBay which we are currently looking at http://prestabay.involic.com/ We currently have a small issue with setting up the shipping profile on this The native module caused us a big problem in changing the order that we got from Ebay into a different product and as a result we sent the wrong product out to a customer. We spotted the problem the second time and had to disable the plugin and start searching for something better.

Just following on from this I am having a strange problem The order is syncing across but it actually changes the product For example on My Ebay I sell a candle of a one fragrance, the order created in Prestashop is a completely different fragrance We only noticed this when we had already sent the wrong item to the customer. I have had to disable this particular plugin. I have emailed the developer but have no response at all Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi We are wanting to use Stripe Payments and have purchased an SSL Certificate through our hosting company The guy who looks after our hosting has pointed it at the Prestashop modules folder but this is not working Can you advise where it needs to point in order for this to work please Thanks
