  1. Hello everybody, Our clients have reported a very frustrating error when they try to reset their Prestashop password. When they input their email address, they get an email (password_query) with a password recovery URL. When they click on it, they are redirected to a standard "not found" browser error page and in the address bar the following text appears: %7burl%7d. When I go to the Translations>Emails section, and look into password_query, I can see (in TXT mode) that the URL directs to that weird combination above. Any idea what may be going on? Thanks in advance!
  2. Thanks for your quick response. I´ll mark it as solved. I should stop jumping the gun
  3. Hello everyone! First of all, thanks for your help in advance. From this morning our Prestashop Cloud Store has shown very weird behavior: First, users complained that they could not add items to the cart. The buttons didn't work and the cart itself always showed empty. Then, Products listed in categories have started to disappear And finally, every category, both in the back end and in the front end have disappeared Now, I can't even add new categories in the back end! Check the website here: https://burningstore.pswebshop.com Any help will be hugely appreciated!
  4. Thanks for your answer Selectshop.at. Our page just got back to life, so it seems they are working hard to fix the issue. Hopefully your site will get back to normal too, Chicenfripes.
  5. [sOLVED: it's a Prestashop issue that is being currently taken care of. Read more here https://www.prestash...y/#entry2043113] Hello everybody, I am a user of Cloud Prestashop, and we have been very happy with its performance until the following error is appearing when trying to access both backend and fronted. Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[08004] [1040] Too many connections Our site is not very popular and its not very likely that there was a big upsurge of interest suddenly, so what can that be about? As it is Cloud Prestashop, I believe I cannot access the database etc. and even if I could I am not knowledgable with coding. What do you think I could do? Will the site come back to life on itself? How can I save the orders if not? This is the URL to the site: http://burningstore.pswebshop.com Thanks in advance!
