  1. Hello all! I have a 1.6 installation on my server and you can find the store at www.PSR-USA.com. When trying to view the website at that level, the server always drops the connection after a long loading time. I am able to view the entire Admin Panel and other Front End pages on the website as well if I visit the direct link, i.e. http://www.psr-usa.com/98-products/ Once I visit the direct link I am able to view the website normally, everything is viewable EXCEPT for the index page. Either clicking the logo, or clicking the Home button will cause the site to get stuck loading again and eventually just drop out. After speaking to my hosting support, they're saying there are massive amounts of database connections happening and not closing correctly it appears, I am unsure if this is anything in relation to whats happening with the index page though as I do not know the entire Prestashop schema and such. I tried methods like updating my index.php, but all this page seems to do is call another file, which calls another file, and so on. If anyone has any ideas please help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
  2. That is what I figured. Is there maybe a more complex SQL Query/CSV Export that I can do to grab more information that would make it possible/easier to import multiple CSV files into separate tables that can accomplish what I need instead of importing just 1 CSV file back into PhpMyAdmin?
  3. I used the SQL Query supplied by Devtex and was successful in downloading a CSV file with the information I expected. I am aware that all of this information is pulled from separate tables and paired together into a neat CSV file for easy viewing. How do i go about importing the CSV file back into my database once I have finished it. Is there a way to tell PhpMyAdmin or Prestashop exactly which columns in my file are for which tables in my database? I am confirming that all of my reference numbers for each combination are correct. Please tell me how I might be able to go about this. thank you!
