Hopefully someone far more experienced with Prestashop can help me with this. I am having customers join my site as a member. They purchase a service for £30. However when they are returning to my shop a week or month down the line their payment is often failing? Their card details are stored so why does this happen? About 40% are having to re enter their details or are having to call and make payment over the phone. I've attached a picture to show you just a sample of fails.
Just to note I am using the cloud version of Prestashop, my gateway is linked to Realex and card storage is enable.
