  4. Hello there all, My customers can't seem to reset their passwords? I have to do it though the back office on the cloud system. Any thoughts or advice on how I can solve this so they can do it? Thanks in advance. Kyle

  6. Hello all, Had a few complaints from customers that 'Tax Inc' is presented when they checkout. As I am UK based they are paying VAT and not tax. Anyone know how to get the front office to read 'VAT inc' instead of tax included? Kyle
  7. Hi No it doesn't get that far. I have just trialled it myself. When I click on the same card I used to order something on the prestashop side it just pops up saying the attached picture. Any idea? All the best.
  8. Hello all. Big issue my customers are having here. Customers have to become a member of my site before ordering as guest checkout is not allowed. They can make one order no problem but if they attempt a second order on their registered card it says payment error. * Please see attached screen grab of an example. Any suggestions or has anyone experienced this? FYI - I am using the cloud and my payment gateway is realex. All the best, Kyle.
  9. Hello all, Hopefully someone far more experienced with Prestashop can help me with this. I am having customers join my site as a member. They purchase a service for £30. However when they are returning to my shop a week or month down the line their payment is often failing? Their card details are stored so why does this happen? About 40% are having to re enter their details or are having to call and make payment over the phone. I've attached a picture to show you just a sample of fails. Just to note I am using the cloud version of Prestashop, my gateway is linked to Realex and card storage is enable. Thank you in advance for the help! All the best Kyle
  10. Hi I'm trying to search my order history by product purchased. E.g I have 14 of a product called Buckhurst. In my orders section I want to just see these Orders and not all the others. How do you do this? Please let me know. All the best Kyle
  11. Hi I don't fully understand what you mean by product level or globally or where I would find that. But I've attached two screen grabs of how my orders are set when out of stock.   12. Hi My business sells a service. Subscriptions to classes. 14 is my maximum quantity. Although I am getting people being able to order once they are sold out! These are called 'Back Orders'. This happens even when I check the box that says 'Deny Orders' when out of stock. I do not want this to keep happening as some customers are getting confused and then complaining! What can I do to fix this? All the best Kyle As a footnote I use Prestashops cloud system to edit my shop.
