Il mio problema è che i campi nel pdf della fattura risultano vuoti anche quando il cliente li ha inseriti. Qualcuno ha risolto questo problema?

Buongiorno a tutti, Quando vado ad accedere ad un ordine si apre la pagina della smarty debug console. La modalità è debug è disattivata. Nell'immagine l'errore che mi riporta.
