Hello, I want to use a live chat software in my multi language prestashop webshop (1.6). Per language there is a chat widget with its corresponding html code, which I need to place inside the body tag of the webshop. Hi, I have just updated my Prestashop to 1.6.1.2 with success. Everything seems to be working fine except for the save button for my old products. When I add a new product, everything saves perfectly but when I want to make changes to an old product and save them nothing happens. The save button don't respond while the annulation button works fine. What can cause this problem and how to solve it? Thanks!

I can't find the template neither. I found the mail templates and changed them, but nothing about the invoices itself can someone help?

Hello, Is there a way in Prestashop Cloud to change the text of invoices? If I disable that customers receive an invoice, will the mail templates be changed automaticcaly (so that they don't mention there is an invoice available in the customer account)? Or can I upload my own invoices in the customers accounts? Thanks.

Hi, I am having problems with receiving and sending e-mails in prestashop. Neither the merchant or the customer gets any order confirmation. The same problem occurs with the contact form. But when I sent a test mail under Preferences/E-mail the mail arrives. Can someone please help me with this problem?
