  1. Hi Saibride. Here's what I did: Most of the font changes were done in theme7.css for me (found in /modules/themeconfigurator/css) and in global.css (found in /themes/default-bootstrap/css). I opened both files, so they were ready for changing. Then I opened my store in Google Chrome. Found the text I wanted to change. Right-clicked the text I wanted to change and selected "Inspect element". There I could see the css information about the selected text, and I would look for the css string called "color". When found, you can hover he mouse over the file name and see the complete file path for where the css code is, and also on which line you can find it (more or less). Then I went to the code using the FTP access and changed the font all the places I needed to. Remember: Before you can do his you need to go to your backoffice, go to advanced parameters, performance, and then disable "Smart cache for CSS". Otherwise you can't see in which file the css for font color is located. For me this makes sense, but I spent hours doing a css course on codeacademy first. If you need more detail, please ask. \ Good luck. Simon
  2. I'm now stuck with the exact same problem. Does anyone know about this?
  3. Hi there. I´m also on version 1.6.0.11 in the Cloud. Selectshop.at, you mention that I can do this via CSV, but don´t give an example on how to do it. I have a product that is associated with 3-4 different sub-categories, and when I update stock and price via CSV, the categories are reset to the home category. Can you give me an example on how you would do it? Thanks -Simon
  4. Hi PS guys, It might just be me that is not getting how it works, but I have a very simpel problem that I can´t solve. I´ve tested with the CSV import, and I have come across huge problem. I have manually added 100 products to my store with some initial price and quantity values. The products are associated with several subcategories, and they need to be (toners that are products associated with several printer models). Now I start receiving updates on the quantity and price daily in an Excel file. I can convert this to the CSV, and import it to PS Cloud. NOW to the problem. The category for all the products are reset from the values I set to the default home category. This means that I will have to manually change all the categories again. Can this be true, or is there a way around this? Thanks. -Simon
  5. Great! Now is the question for 1.000.000$! How to do this in Prestashop Cloud? There is no access to the files in the /controllers/ folder, Any good ideas? I´ve heard something about using overrides, but I have no idea how that works, and if it would apply in this case. This is a huge problem that needs to be addresses asap! Without this change, it makes it impossible to manage a store that received updates on stock/price from external sources! Thanks. Simonkl
  6. Hi selectshop.at, I tried disabling B2B also, but the result was the same. I even deleted the cache before trying again after disabling B2B, but nothing changed. I´m well aware that I´m limited in the Cloud. Every step of customization has been a battle, as most solutions and modules found around the web can´t be used in the Cloud. I´m going to buy some hosting before long, but I´ve put a lot of effort into the shop at the moment, and I hoped that I could at least have a basic version going in the Cloud before starting with the hosted version. Guess that I just have to live with an ugly invoice until I can host my own shop. Thank you anyway. I appreciate the time and effort you have put into helping. Best regards, Simonkl
  7. Hi Selectshop.at, I´ve uploaded the files to the folder you said, and I now have the files in the correct place. I just did a test, and the invoice is still the same as before. ***EDIT*** I´ve just tested with b2b mode disabled. No changes to the invoice. I also tried to delete cache, but no changes. Doesn´t seem like it is enough to just drop invoice.tpl and invoice.tax-tab.tpl files in the folder /themes/default-b o o t s t r a p/pdf Anyone has any good ideas? I suspect that this is because I use B2B invoices. Do you know if I can just rename the file to something for it to work with B2B invoices?
  8. I´m very much looking forward to trying that tomorrow. It´s late here, but I will update here with my results tomorrow. Thank you so much for all your help.
  9. For general information: I´ve asked the Prestashop support team why there is no invoice.tpl in my Cloud store, and here is the answer I received: In the cloud version you need to create a new file name invoice.tpl and create the template. We can't help you for that modification, this ticket is only for user question and not developement question. You can contact our web agency partners : https://www.prestashop.com/en/web-agency-partners Thanks for using our solution, Best regards Support I would have liked to receive some information about where to place the self-created invoice.tpl file, but I guess that I will just have to experiment with that, as my ticket got closed without any chance of replying. I thought some of you might be interested in knowing this. -Simonkl
  10. When I log in to FTP, go to the PDF-folder, there is only a file called index.php, which is not the invoice.tpl. There is also a sub-folder called lang, which only contains 2 wrong files also. Here are some screenshots of the folders I see. Are you sure you are talking about Prestashop Cloud? http://i.imgur.com/DeQHLFN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ToCcFIu.jpg
  11. selectshop.at - Are you sure that is it possible to do? I don´t find the Invoice.tpl described in the guide on how to change the invoices. Only the header.tpl is found the the /themes/default-bootstrap-folder. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to edit the invoice.tpl on Prestashop Cloud?
  12. Hi Prestashoppers, I have a shop where I sell ink cartridges and toners. What I´ve done is that I´ve created the printer models as categories, and then the ink/toner as products. When creating the products, I have to choose a default category for my products, which will show in the search field (instant search) when people are searching for the ink/toner name. The problem is that the ink/toner usually fits several different printers, and it is confusing for the customers to see the default category that the product is associated with, if that is not the printer that they want to buy the ink/toner for. Is there any option of showing only the product name when using instant search? I can´t find anything on this. I´ve added a screenshot of what I mean. Thanks in advance. -Simon
  13. Thanks Pevank01! At first I didn't notice that there were alternative ways of verifying the domain in the Google webmaster tools, so I was trying to find somewhere to put the .html file that was generated. After realizing that you could use html meta-tags intead, I then used HTML box to put the HTML code in the header. Domain is now verified
  14. Can someone please explain what happened? To verify my domain with Google, I need to put the html-file that was generated in my website at www.mydomain.com/thefilefromgooglehere.html I have FTP access to my Prestashop Cloud store, but I don't know where to put the f.html file in order for it to show up on my store. Can someone please explain in detail?
