El Patron, with this module does the customer have to manually pick the shipping country. Correct? but if you also purchase the geo targeting module it will automatically select shipping country. Correct? Thanks for explanation. Mark

I have search and not found a fix for following issue. I have had several customers be able to complete checkout without selecting a state. Every time I have tired to duplicate the issue, across several browsers I have not able to. The only thing I can think of it being is that the customer is choosing a state during checkout, but when payment option "paypal" is made it is returning an address with out the state listed and still allowing check out. The issue wit this I have had other customers checkout with paypal and no issue. Has anyone else run into this issue before? I have a multistore set up. B2B and B2C - In my B2C Shop I have two shipping carriers, Domestic (usa) International. Both carriers are based on cart cost. Carrier Options>Domestic carrier set as default The issue I have is that when a customer from USA adds product to cart it pulls the shipping cost from international carrier. Is there a way to set the Domestic as Default? V1.7.4.3 Or is there a better way to hide the shipping cost until customer enters their address and selects shipping method? I have a B2B site I am setting up. Are there any modules that will set up the customer accounts with additional company information filed like AP contact, Payment terms, etc. Are there any other Prestashop users using it for B2B only? If so can you offer your suggestions on which modules to look at.. Thanks mark

I worked with other ecommece software, but have little knowledge of Prestashop. Prestashop was recommended to me to check out and try. After doing my own research I decided to use Prestashop for a clients B2B Online Store. I have to say overall I am impressed with the carts functionality even though the B2B functionality is light. I have also had some questions and issues in the implantation of the clients store. New to Prestashop I went to the forums hoping to get some answers. I have to say, I am disappointed with the prestashop tech forums. I have worked with other ecommerce forum sites and received a response even if the response did not resolve the issue. I have posted several times in the Tech forum regarding issues and questions I have with prestashop and silence. I would have hope that someone would chim in to help resolve/answer or point me in the right direction. I understand there are other forum post more important then mine and it takes time to respond to all the post, but I hope that someone will take a moment to respond to mine. BO dashboard active overview refresh arrow icons never stop rotating. The info is never pulled in. Other dashboards forcast, products and sales etc work just fine. here is a image to show what I get any help please thanks Mark
