Hi Dh42, Are you serious? we need only a VPS hosting that support Prestashop with better performance/basic configurations without damage our website like now with Inmotion. It is hard? i don't think so. Anyway on Inmotion website frontend talk about high experience that supported 100% Prestashop platform and Offer Advanced service payable at hours for Tuneup your VPS for Prestashop! it's a Lie, Not True. Thanks the same.

Hi World, We transferred two weeks ago our prestashop on VPS (Best solution performance) Inmotion Company (http://www.inmotionhosting.com), hence our nightmare began! the server has basic issues and not Expert with Prestashop Platform. We only lost time and money, even by paying extra money for better support advanced configuration does not work at all! and we had only problems for all! In Our Development Environment all work perfectly and in addition for show that everything works well our side we have created a copy of our e-commerce on a new poor shared hosting of $4 per month and all work perfectly! (only lose time and money) but the same Inmotion company does not configure well our VPS for Prestashop, so we think that this great handicap depend only on Inmotion company. We are very Disgusted by the incapacity and no experience with Prestashop system of this company Inmotion but The worst thing is that I have known Inmotion company on the Prestashop official website as the best choice !!! After the work of our team Lawyers to request a full refund + REFUND DAMAGES TO MY COMPANY The Inmotion sent a long letter where I will copy and paste only an excerpt of handicap on Prestashop: ------------------------------------------ As our servers are configured by default to be a general hosting environment, rather than an environment for a specific CMS, it would be difficult for me know to precisely what kinds of configuration you need done with your server in order to allow PrestaShop to work normally. That being said, I do wish to assist with making sure things are set to your specification, though I will need to know what those specifications are. Hello, Since we acquired this module with 2 years update on addons prestashop: http://addons.prestashop.com/it/seo-moduli-prestashop/11258-seo-404-301-product-and-category-delete-or-disable.html We had problems with bad linking and in Google Webmaster with 500 server errors and problems googlebot / rendering pages, we also had a decline profound on our indexing, for days the module is disabled but problems now remain. (of course the developer of module has disappeared) Let us pray kindly Team Prestashop its technical support to fix the problems on webmaster google, we are also willing to pay for these fixs problems permanently, but please fix this problems. Salve a tutti, Sono un vecchio e fedele cliente prestashop addons, versione prestashop in mio possesso 1.6.0.11. Ho da poco acquistasto il modulo Professional Blog di hdclic.com con 2 anni di update. http://addons.prestashop.com/it/content-management/4731-professional-blog.html IL Modulo presenta subito svariati Bug da far risolvere allo sviluppatore tipo questo: * il salvataggio thumb fallisce per esaurimento memoria con il seguente errore : [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/XXXXXX/public_html/modules/prestablog/prestablog.php: Allowed memory size of 201326592 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 134220565 bytes) * Inoltre mi sembra che i valori dei thumb vengano richiamati con variabili errate nel codice del modulo (manca il prefix $this->name ) : Ho provato a contattare lo sviluppatore in vari modi anche dal sito ufficiale ma non risponde, prego cortesemente il supporto tecnico prestashop o chi può aiutarmi di mettermi in contatto con lo sviluppatore per fixare questi Bug o di ricevere il rimborso del modulo acquistato dato che è anche molto costoso!
