  1. Hi, I don't know why but after upgrading Prestashop from 1.6.0.11 to 1.6.0.12 or 1.6.0.13 I have weird issue with my theme which is compatible with the latest version of Presta. I lost everything from my home page and I have epmty header with only a logo and a footer with some links. I lost all in between and the menu. WTF?! Can it be because i used this time 1-Click Upgrade and not the manual mode? I've red in the presta documentation that the manual mode is no longer recommended. Any ideas? Cheers, Jarek
  2. Hi man! That's my bad, because I actually have a different problem. It's not even about different version of Presta but just another installation on the different computer Sorry for that. But the point stays the same - that's weird that nobody make a tutorial or plugin to migrate products... Cheers!
  3. I have the same problem. I'd like to move my products with as much as possible information - I don't need everything) - to the different installation of a Prestashop. Can anyone help? It's weird that there is no tutorial for sucha a standard / common procedure out there. There are many solution but non of them works in 100%. Cheers!
  4. That's weird. I pasted the query from devtex and I got an error: Operator "*" can not be used bla bla bla. But I can't find any "*" operator in this query. Any ideas?
  5. Thanks Just two more questions: 1. Will this export my products to a file? 2. After this how to import it to a different installation - I assume that I need to copy manually folders with photos but what else? Many thanks! Jarek
  6. I'm a totall newbie in this topic - where should I run this SQL query? In phpMyAdmin or somewhere in Presta's BO?
  7. Hi, I'm moving from one installation to another and I have some issues when I import whole DB backup so I'm thinking about moving only products. I'd like to export only products with the pictures and names (without desription, combinations etc. not even categories) - what should I do? Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
  8. Thanks a lot man! I have both installation but I care only about my products because I'm just at the beginning of creation an e-commerce business and I added a lot of products but I have no users etc. I'll try first method this evening and I'll let you know about the result. Cheers! EDIT: Thanks! It works. The only thing that I had to change as well is the admin folder name to have exactly the same on both installation, but I thought it will be necessary
  9. Hi all! I'm new here. I learned a lot from this forum but I still have some issues from time to time that annoy me But, sh*t - that how the life is, right? I just installed a new Prestashop 1.6.0.12 on my localhost server using XAMPP (Windows 7). Before I used my company's laptop (Windows 7) with Prestashop 1.6.0.11. I've made a backup of the DB via BackOffice tool and I imported it on the new installation. Everything looks good - I copied manually products images and everything looks fine but now I can't log in to the BackOffice. It says that there is no such account or the password is incorrect. BTW. I use the same email adress as a login and the same password for both installation of Prestashop. How can I fix this? Should I do something before I import the DB to the new copy of Prestashop? Please help me, Best regards, Jarek
