  1. Hi, I tried customizing images display in categories but whatever I do, however I set the size of image, it displays it as square. It used to be set to display a square image but whatever I do to change that, changing image, updating image thumbnails, deleting the category and starting over, it keeps showing the image as square. Thanks for the help!
  2. I'll try that Ron, I was hopping to get away without that but it looks like I have to do that. Thanks...
  3. Thanks for your efforts, I really appreciate it, it's just that those things you are suggesting are not the answer to the problem I'm having. I know how to import/create a csv file, that's not the problem. As I mentioned - the moment the file is imported into MS Excel and saved as CSV, eventhough it is identical to the sample file provided as example of product csv file by presta (all fields the same, no changes, everything is the same) the import is not working. It goes through the process up to the point where you see the table with your file entires. But when you want to finalize the import - it's failing. That's why I asked you which program are you using to generate csv file.
  4. which program are you using to import/generate csv files?
  5. yes, everything is matching. I think the problem is how excel saves .csv file - something gets messed up there
  6. Hi everyone, I'm having problems importing a csv products file. In my first attempt, I used supplied sample of csv file and changed categories of products to categories that i have and links to images. I kept getting an error Product Parameter - no name. After several attempts, I tried importing the supplied csv file sample, but this too was returning errors such as 'no ID' and 'missing field' eventhough no fileds are missing in supplied sample file. Any ideas?
  7. I've attempted to change the price on existing product, but the application isn't saving the new price.
  8. the built-in function in currency converter isn't working. If values are entered manually via edit button, it appears that value is changed but when you go to edit the values again, it shows the old price. Even though the update via clicking the auto-update button shows changed conversion values on main screen, the application still uses the previously entered value, which is wrong. I did reset of currency module and it finally accepted the new price but the application is still doing calculation based on old values.
  9. Hi, I'm working on translation of PrestaShop to Bosnian. There is no pack so I'm creating translation files myself. When I try to translate default theme, or front office, so far no problems. But when I try to translate modules, such as 'contactblock' via 'translate' function inside PrestaShop, I keep getting an error: Warning! Your PHP configuration limits the maximum number of fields allowed in a form: 1000 for max_input_vars. Please ask your hosting provider to increase this limit to 2680 at least, or you will have to edit the translation files. However, this is not true, here is my PHP set up: memory_limit = 64M max_execution_time = 4000; max_input_time = -1; post_max_size = 20M; upload_max_filesize = 20M; max_input_vars = 10000; suhosin.get.max_vars = 10000; suhosin.post.max_vars = 10000; Did anyone have the same problem? Thanks everyone!
