We also had this problem. Its fixed now by editing country at this path 1) Localization/ Countries 2) edit 3) Find country need updates 4) Add country name in required address data. 5) Save

I am having same problem.. how u have solved it?

In my case when I go for Catalog/Categories/add new Parent category only giving me one option--> "home". Not able to use " Expand All" to change categories. Please advice.I am using 1.6.0.5 shop url http://bharatkidukan.com
