Wij hebben een gemeente als prospect die cadeaubonnen wil verkopen (bv. waarde € 5 of € 10 of € 20) aan inwoners/bedrijven/winkeliers/toeristen. De gekochte cadeaubonnen worden dan besteed aan inkopen bij winkeliers in de gemeente die deze als betaalmiddel aanvaarden. Eind van de dag moet de winkelier in de mogelijkheid zijn om in te loggen in een systeem om de cadeaubon te kunnen verzilveren via een unieke (bar)code. De gemeente betaald de winkelier uit mits inhouding van een commissie. Is eigenlijk een VVV-kantoor dat VVV-bonnen uitgeeft. Heeft iemand dergelijke oplossing al uitgewerkt in PS? Beste, Ik heb een identiek probleem in twee webshop waar ik me geen raad mee weet. Prestashop 1.6 wordt gebruikt voor beide webshops. Als mijn klant een wijziging wil uitvoeren op een 'Product' of een nieuw 'Product' wil toevoegen, dan gebeurt er niks. Verander je bv de Conditie van Nieuw naar Gebruikt - druk Save & Stay of Save - hij refresht en laat het de lijst van producten zien vanaf lijn 1 zonder dat hij iets gedaan heeft. Ik ben niet technisch genoeg om het probleem zelf op te lossen en zoek naar iemand die dit voor mij wil doen weliswaar tegen betaling. Dank u voor een snelle reactie Bert Jans

Hi, One of the manufacturers of my customer won't us to sell his products trough the shop except after we give him/her permission to have access to this specific products. The permission to see the products as Visitor is possible but you can't buy them. Question: Is it possible to place a hyperlink or a HTML script to the manufacturers icon or product info so that the visitor can contact us f.e. by a contact form? We can than create the customer and link him to a specific (manufacturer) group which has access to the specific products. Thanks Bert

Hi, When a customer receives an email "password query", the link doesn't work. You can't click on it. If he copies the link and put him in his browser, it works fine. How can I repair the link in the email? Thanks, Bert

Hi, Ik maak gebruik van 1.6.0.11 en wil het veld "Birthday" verplicht maken als ik een nieuwe account creëer. Ik deed enkele aanpassingen maar struikel over het feit dat hij blijft hangen in de fout: "Er dient een verjaardag ingevuld te worden" terwijl ik dit doe. Ik kom er dus niet door. Hi, I'm using 1.6.0.11 and I want to make the field "Birthday" mandatory when I create an new account. I made some changes in: Classes/Customer.php: 'birthday' => array('type' => self::TYPE_DATE, 'validate' => 'isBirthDate', 'required' => true), and in: themes/authentication.tpl: {$HOOK_CREATE_ACCOUNT_TOP} ‘Date of Birth’. <div class = “required form-group”> and added an * … s=’Date of Birth’} ^*</label> So, by creation the asterisk is there and the inputs are required. BUT if I want to save the account it results in: "1 error - Birthday is required" even when I filled in the fields and saves nothing. What have I forgotten?

If I consult a pdf invoice, the VAT number is in the footer. I didn't do any input in the Registration - Contact Details - Store Contact. So therefore, I wonder where I once entered the VAT number? I can't remember or find out where.

I'm searching the module or setting where I can input or change the VAT number of my shop. (not of a customer)? I'm using 1.6.0.11 Thank you.

That's no option. The shop is just a few weeks live. Is there no other option?

See screenshot attached of an invoice based on 2 products. Both products are created with a 6% tax rate. Line 2 - If you calculate the MOOD product , you'll get a 21% tax rate while it has to be 6% . I don't know where PS get this. Probably it comes form the Cart Rule module? The MOOD product is defined as a promotion product where you have 1+1 for free. I have also different tax amouts on the same invoice. This is not acceptable of caurse! Does anybody can help me?

Hallo, Mijn klant doet een promotie in een magazine waar hij een url (www.promotieurl.be) rechtstreeks koppelt aan een product categorie. In deze categorie vind je alle producten die van toepassing zijn voor de. Hoe kan ik deze product categorie enkel toegankelijk/toonbaar maken via de promotie url? Nu staat ze open voor iedereen en mijn klant wil dit liever niet. Dank voor uw reactie. Bert Jans

Hi everyone, I'm using PS 6.011 and I want to link an url (special promotionin a magazine) to a specific product category (special for the promotion). This product category (and the related products) should only be accessible/vissable trough this url. Does somebody knows a solution? Kind regards Bert
