Creo que tienes un problema más serio que ese.. cuando haces clic en el producto da un error.

Me funciona correctamente. Tendrás otro problema, borra la aplicación y vuelve a crearla... lo que no es lógico es que me funcione y a ti no.

Te han contestado, pero no has prestado la suficiente atención como para darte cuenta de la solución. Todos están realizando el procedimiento con los datos de SANDBOX, los datos correctos están en el apartado LIVE de la API REST tal y como indica AMADINANET Saludos

Buenas. En principio puede que la base de datos no esté afectada. Es posible que puedas formatear todo el servidor y volver a instalar la aplicación que utilizabas para tu tienda, volver a cargar la base de datos y volver a funcionar enseguida. Eso sí, no puedes usar la misma plantilla que habías utilizado con anterioridad, porque el problema ha venido de ahí. Te aconsejo que compres una plantilla y no uses una de esas nulled. Podrías darme más detalles del problema para ayudarte. Empresa de Hosting actual, plantilla que estaba utilizando para prestashop, paquete de hosting que tienes contratado (hosting básico, VPS, etc) saludos

Quieres decir que 755 para carpetas, 666 para archivos es correcto. No debería ser 755 carpetas, 644 archivos? Gracias

Todo funciona correctamente. Solo va lento la web a la hora de entrar a cualquier producto. Creo que es una cuestión de permisos. He encontrado varios archivos con los permisos en 666, cuando deberían estar en 644. Estoy cambiando todos los permisos de 666 a 644, pero son demasiados archivos. Puede ser este el motivo de que la web tarde más de 40 segundos en mostrar un producto cuando le haces clic?

Deberías ir a tu PHP admin y modificar el valor a 1, busca en google como hacerlo o contacta a soporte técnico de tu servicio de hosting
