Suddenly and for no reason I can see, I am unable to upload Product images. I receive the above error message and the image box is filled with a grey question mark. I can input all the data without any problem, e.g. description, combination, price etc. Its just the image file causing problem. I am using PS 1.6.0.14 and have not updated or made any new changes - I simply went to install a new product. I have visited various forums and tried all sorts, nothing helps or resolves the problem. What have I tried? Installing a new Fileupload.php Used both Chrome and IE Cleared cache Tried uploading an image already in my shop Reduced the file size of image to 50kb I really need some expert advice from a PS [spam-filter]! The shop is located at www.annashappytrotters.co.uk Its been 48 hours now and this has had 24 views, no answers, I guess there are no PS [spam-filter]'s out there after all - looks like I need to visit Magento and rebuilt the site.

Oh dear me I need some help from an expert please. I have a shop "annashappytrotters.co.uk" which is running good from the front end, but not so successful from the back office. I am suddenly unable to upload images. I can select the image, but when I click File Upload button the following message is displayed after 4 - 5 seconds "Error on copying image". So what have I tried... I have reduced the size of image I have tried other images that are already displayed I have replaced the Fileuploader.php file I've cleared the cache I've looked on the Forum and tried those suggestions I've tried using both Chrome and IE None of the above has worked. I am using Prestashop version 1.6.0.14 and made no changes or updates to modules or application. One more thing I've noticed is that compared to other shops I manage, this one is slow when using the back office. Any help would be appreciated please.

Does anyone know if its possible when using the default image slider, when adding an external URL, can it be opened in a new tab without having to change lots of coding etc?

Hi I'm really struggling with Prestashop. I've been working on my website and now find that I have a blue box across the homepage with text stating "No best sellers at this time" I need to remove the text, but happy for the box the box to stay although I would prefer a different colour. Also, on my products pages I want to include a link that goes to the Accessories page (not yet created). I need to create a products page that shows at least 12 different products/accessories with a price that can add to cart. Can anyone please help? This is the first time I've used an e-commerce site and its all very strange trying to find things when all the blurb says how easy it is!!.
