  1. Hello, I have a couple of shipping options set in prestashop. Let's say they are tracked shipping and non-tracked shipping. Lets say I have two categories of products. The products in category 1 have no manually set shipping options on them so it's worked out by product weight. The products in category 2 have tracked shipping manually applied to them as we can't ship them without tracking. If a customer orders a combination from both categories, they can choose not to use tracked shipping when they HAVE to use tracked shipping since they chose products from category two.... Can any one advise?
  2. I contacted my hosting provider and they said this : Perhaps it's the same with your host? And thanks Nemo for your support.
  3. Setting it to 777 didn't resolve it and the .htaccess is identical to what you posted. Strange problem I have isn't it...
  4. Hi Nemo, Ah, I didn't actually know that! The folder permissions is set to 755 on the uploads folder. Is this correct?
  5. Hi Nemo It throws an error already so enabling error reporting wouldn't make much difference. I tried it anyway and unfortunately, no extra error information was given. Do you have any more suggestions? Thank you
  6. *I have fully backed up my old site* Everytime I try to view an attachment image from a customer using the contact block, I get an internal server error. The URL is correct as I check to see if the image exists via FTP, but when trying to actually view it from within back office -> error. Any ideas why this is happening?
  7. Hi Vekia, No I didn't, but I've just added one and now it's visible. Thank you very much for you help, really appreciate it! If you have time, can you check my other post about customer messages? -Ash
  8. I'm using presta 1.6.0.9 For some reason, the currency block module that allows customers to change their currency isn't showing up on the front end of my store... I uninstalled the module, reset it too but still, it fails to show? I began to inspect the positions for the module and it's currently hooked to DisplayNav and Display Header. I think this is correct? I'm also using the default bootstrap theme. Any suggestions?
  9. So at the moment, when you get a completely new message in prestashop, they will come to the top of your messages list within Customers/customer service with a green status icon. Now when a customer replies, the message will stay in the same position... This is a problem in a busy work environment. For example, you have 300 messages, a customer replies to a message that is nearly at the bottom. That message won't bounce to the top like it would in an email but rather just change it's status color and then I end up missing it because it's piled under a load of new messages... Can this be changed?
  10. Prestashop is written in PHP and Smarty. You should read up on those...
  11. Can you confirm it lists more than one result/order per carrier you select from the drop down? Here is my controller, I'm sure it's correct. http://pastiebin.com/54b18c97bce78
