  1. Yes, this seems to have fixed the problem, as I have not had any more errors in the past several weeks. Thank you kindly for your help.
  2. For the past two weeks, my system has committed several errors when adding up the total of some customers' shopping carts. The total amount is always off by 1,2, or 3 cents (Norwegian øre), which is expressed in the 2nd decimal place. For example, when you add up all the items and shipping, the cart total should be 200,71 instead of 200,72. I have attached a screenshot of this particular order illustrating the problem. This addition error causes PayPal to report a “payment error” status to the back office (because PayPal’s cart summary adds up all cart items, comes up with a slightly different amount, and detects the discrepancy between its calculation and my site’s cart summary). Consequently, the back office sends a payment error email to the customer. This occurs even though PayPal always successfully processes the transaction and transfers the money from the customer’s account to mine. Why can’t the system add up the total amount correctly? This is causing a great deal of frustration and confusion among my customers. I would appreciate any help here.
  3. Hi again, the responsible module is the permanent links module. Seems it is displayed in two ways on the home page: the main tabs, and this second, grey navigation menu which I am trying to get rid of. When I choose "inspect element" I see it is described as a select menu of sorts, but do not know how to hide it/alter it in the code. Thanks again.
  4. Thanks for the replies -- @Dh42: My site is www.megacandy.no @Selectshop: I am currently using Prestashop 1.6.0.6. The Top Horizontal Menu module is not enabled; main navigation tabs come as part of the theme, I think.
  5. Hello, I’m still looking for a solution to this problem since I posted about it in late February. After a java-script error was fixed on my site, a drop-down navigation menu appeared under the permanent links header at the top of every page on my site (see attached picture). Does anyone know how I can remove this drop-down menu? Thanks.

  11. I'm still waiting. Can't get support from developer(s) because it's a free module. Already tried contacting support in the module add-on store.
  12. Since early December, I have not received any data in my Google Analytics account, because of the tracking code (ID) not appearing properly on my website. Analytics has kept telling me that my site lacks a valid tracking code, and it does not appear in the source code. I have tried all possible combinations of uninstall/reinstall, with clearing of cache in between. I have also deleted the module completely through my ftp-client and then reinstalled it, but it did not solve the problem. I should also mention that through all these uninstall/reinstall processes, the analytic tracking ID remained registered in the GA module. Even when I deleted it completely, reinstalled and went to configure it, my tracking ID was still, somehow, already filled in. Any suggestions on how to go about fixing this would be much appreciated. My website is www.megacandy.no.
