  1. Now the modules page in BO became blank. I enabled the debugging and got this error; Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 39488 bytes) in /home/vhosting/k/.....controllers/admin/AdminModulesController.php on line 1436 [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module AdminModulesController: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 39488 bytes) I can't change the php.ini file to increase memory limit so I am recovering from my backups again.
  2. OK it is normal again now. Disabling it was not enough. I uninstalled 1 click ERP module.
  3. I attempted to install illicopresta or 1 click erp module. now I can't open the modules the same way as before anymore. it is without any style, just one line of text with the links. and there is this error: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module smarty_internal_templatebase: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 572398 bytes) I disabled illico but it didn't change anything. I don't even have backup. How can I revert this change?
  4. I spent almost 5 hours. When I enabled friendly urls, my images didn't appear. I migrated from my live domain to localhost actually. The localhost version didn't show images. - I did this .htaccess file deletion - I reset all file and folder permissions - I enabled mod_rewrite under apache - Reindexed - Created thumbnails - Removed cache - I set AllowOverride All under /etc/apache/sites-available/default.conf Finally now I discovered I had to set AllowOverride All also under apache.conf file or depending on your system, it can be httpd.conf file Since my presta shop was under folder called "myshopsite", I created a new entry in this file /etc/apache2/apache2.conf as <Directory /var/www/html/myshopsite> Options Indexes FollowSymLinks AllowOverride All Require all granted </Directory> and finally sudo apache2ctl restart Voila!!!!
  5. I could install prestashop on Compute Engine and was running happily until couple of days ago. It stopped working and I had exclamation mark on the VM instance saying: "the instance has been terminated and is no longer running". I rebooted the VM. Nothing changed. I searched for the error and the only solution was to delete the VM instance, keep data and create instance again. I did so. Everything was there but my /var/www/ was empty. I searched the whole disk for presta and found nothing. The database for old Prestashop is still in Mysql. But if I override the new prestashop database with the old database can I get my shop back? Thanks..
