  6. We had a incident on our FR infrastructure this morning. It has been resolved. You can follow the status of PrestaShop Cloud via: http://status.prestashop.com
  7. Yes this is OK. The Developer will check your module and configuration to ensure that everything works well together.
  8. It's best to create support ticket for these types of issues. https://www.prestashop.com/cloud/en/support?init=ask It may be a conflict with a module you have installed.
