  1. Greetings, I just updated my site to Prestashop 1.7.2.4 from an older version. I have two languages installed, Danish and English. Suddenly I'm getting errors from Google Webmaster Tools saying something like (translated from Danish) Error in implementing hreflang at [Website] "gb" - unknown language code (sitemaps). I'v been searching this error for hours but not getting close to a solution. As I can read from Google it should either be EN-GB or EN-US. How do I solve this issue? And where is the issue, is the issue with my sitemap or the actual webpage.
  2. Fixed it myself - just needed to make a post here. Solution: CSS select name changes eveytime shipping info is updated (prices, weights ect), so I needed to use a wildcard to select all ParcelShopId´s: [id^=parcelShop][id*=parcelShop]{ color: white!important; margin: 8px; }
  3. Hello all, I'v been trying to get this right for the past 6 months but still with no - or limited success. I have a drop down menu at the select carriaer page and the sylling seems to fail so users are unable to read the text when its not in focus. Please see screenshot for exampel. No I figured out how to change font font, background color when a user clicks on the drop down. But as soon as they leave it the text and background is black. I hope that somebody out there can help me fix this problem. Here is whats in my custom.css select option { margin:40px; color:#ffffff!important; font-color:#ffffff!important; background-color:white!important; background: rgba(0,0,0,0.3)!important; } Result (failing)
  4. BlackChart, Jeg har i meget lang tid også blot betalt fra gang til gang. Da jeg købte modulet overgik jeg til saldo betaling, grunden til det tog så lang tid var tanken om at det var besværligt og hvordan jeg nu skulle styre bogføringen. Bogføringen viste sig at være ekstremt let at lærer og jeg slipper for at bogføre hver enkelt label. Jeg har virkelig sparet meget tid ved saldo betaling og slår mig selv i hovedet over ikke at have gjort det tidligere.

Hej alle, Vil lige kort fortælle om min købsoplevelse da jeg købte et modul til integration mellem Prestashop og Pakkelabels.dk Modulet er udviklet af Butikki og kan ses på følgende link: http://prestashop.butikki.dk/da/home/28-pakkelabels.html Betalingen forløb let men jeg havde et par enkelte udfordringer med installation og design rettelser. Jeg skriv til Butikki som straks hjalp mig i mål med de enkelte ting (vil endda tro det var under en time efter jeg havde skrevet til dem). Udvikleren er dansk og da jeg ikke er super hardcore til engelsk så gør det kommunikationen så meget lettere. Undervejs fandt jeg en fejl og måtte igen skrive til udvikleren. Han på tog sig straks opgaven og under 24 timer senere var han klar med en ny release af modulet hvor fejlen var rettet. Hvad har jeg fået? Jeg har fået et modul til integration mellem Prestashop og Pakkelabels.dk. Front Office Kunden kan vælge hvor pakke skal udleveres (pakkeboks, postbutik m.v.) Back Office Én knap i back office som danner PDF med pakkelabel. Jeg kan endda tilføje ekstra vægt og eventuel reference direkte i back office. Det er for mig super tidsbesparende da jeg ikke længere skal ind over Pakkelabels.dk´s hjemmeside. Jeg er meget tilfreds med mit køb og kan virkelig anbefale dette modul til andre danske butikker der bruger prestashop men som ikke har en Post Danmark aftale.
  6. Solution found: Uninstall payment module and install again and it works. Sorry for wasting time in here, should have tried that to begin with.
  7. A little furher investigation and it turns out that if customer choose to pay by bank wire both order confirmation and payment information is sent to customer.
  8. Hello all, I have a very strange problem and sadly its been a long time before I noticed the problem. I'm running Prestashop 1.5.6.0 on a VPS server and some of the customers emails is not send and others are sent and delviered. Normal flow of e-mails on my shop: Order confirmation to customer: No e-mail sent Order information to shop owner: E-mail sent Payment confirmation: No e-mail sent Track & Trace e-mail: E-mail sent Order shipped: E-mail sent Order delivered: E-mail sent My troubleshooting so far: The e-mails are not qued in my mail logs so they are lost somewhere in the shopsystem. When I check configuration there is no missing files If I wish to check the translated e-mails two things happens. 1. The page takes forever to load and 9 out of 10 times it simply takes to long to response. If the site loads it shows the emails but some of them has no subject (No subject found for XXX in the database) - this may and may not be the issue, I don't know. Is there anyone who can give me a hint on how to solve this error?
