Hello, You must find the module that have overrides FrontController and causes this issue, then contact the developer of the module to verify why the module is causing this issue, or uninstall this module and remove any overrides that it may have done in your store.   8. Hello, To assist with that, more information is required. To gather this information, please follow these steps: Enable debug mode in your store (Advanced Parameters > Performance). In your browser press F12, it should open your browser's developers tools, then reload the page. Type the customer e-mail in the textbox, and observe the tab Console. If any message in red appear, please provide us with this message. Then in the Network tab, look for the request that contains "index.php?controller=AdminCustomers&token=ADMIN_TOKEN_HERE" in the URL. To fix this issue, go to the line 1422 of AdminModulesController.php and replace: $modules_preferences = ''; With: $modules_preferences = array(); Let us know if this works for you. Hello hubthomas, Wrong section... however, to update your theme simple follow the instructions from the developer (if any), and if there is no instructions... make sure that you backup the outdated theme and then overwrite all the files that are in the new and old theme. Have you tried to enable the carrier that do not display when the product from Warehouse B is in the cart as well and check if it appears in the check out?
