Hi guys How do I restrict one product for sale in France while allowing the same product to be sold in other countries. Other products in the same catagory can also be sold in France, I hope my question is clear. Thanks for any advice, I am stuck at the moment. Kind regards Len

Hi Guys and Gals I am usiing prestashop 1.6 and need to limit access to one product on my site to french customers. How do I configure the Back Office so that the customers in France can not see the products that are on the home page.? Or have no prices showing to French customers. I need them to see other prices and products though. www.rosieposy.fr I have installed Nemo's psproductaccess. I downloaded the psproductaccess but get a blank screen in the product page when I click on the product access for group. Hi Nemo Thanks for the reply. What do you mean 'just hardcode it in the front'? I am not a coder so don't know how to code that id into the module. Do you have the code? Once I have done the specific code change would I have to re code the id for the products if I do an upgrade to prestashop since the code will be overwritten with the update? My shop is on standby now since one product cannot be sold in France. Thanks for your reply , I appreciate it. kind regards Len

This resolved the no access to the orders page where payplug was used for the payments. How do I go about finding out which plugin causes the malfunction? Thanks for your post

J'ai suprimé les cookies, cache sur le site et sur google chrome, j'ai essayé sur d'autre portables, Impossible d'ouvrir les pages des commandes des clientes qui ont payer avec payplug .Les paiements par virements sont ok, la j'ai l'acces sur la commande.

Bonjour J'ai une souci avec 'orders' dans le back office quand je clique sur les commande payer par payplug . J'ai l'erreur ci desous. Avec les paiements en virement il n y a pas de souci, j'ai accès au détailles des clients. J'ai essayer de supprimer les cookies, cache sans résultat. J'ai passé des heures a résoudre ça mais n'étaint pas codeur c'est hors mes compétences. Thanks for all the info, I get information that the htaccess redirects other people say it has to do with http/https other advice is deleting cookies or cache? Any other suggestions?

When a client pays with a bank draft the customers order page opens works. It seems it is the payplug module that is blocking the customer page openining.

where do I find that info? In OVH? the web hosting company?
