  1. samsootho, I think that may be a problem with your theme... drop me a PM and I'll take a look for you
  2. It's relatively simple if you've set up the API correctly. The code is found in: \controllers\front\StoresController.php Look for the code: Add ?key=[YOUR API KEY] after //maps.google.com/maps/api/js &plus any other parameters. Hope that helps?
  3. A little update on this mysterious one. This week we migrated this site to a new host. I have a mirror of the site running on my dev' server, and these calculations work perfectly, even after the order process?! So, what's the difference on this new server? I've encountered permission errors already, so could this be somewhere to look? Has anyone encountered this before, or be able to help me out as to where to look specifically in order to resolve?
  4. This store is running 1.6.9... I've set up several Basket Rules with a % discount on specific products. When ordering these products and applying the 'Voucher Code' on the Payment page the discount is applied perfectly, EXCLUDING tax. Everything is calculated as intended. Once the order has been processed however, both order confirmation email and the new order in the back office, show the discount has been applied to the order total INCLUDING tax? Despite what was displayed at 05. Payment? Even though it all looks 100% correct when the user submits the order, as it processed the tax is applied to the discount that in turns gives the client an ‘extra’ discount... however, the total for both still is calculated correctly?! Has anyone encountered similar issues? I've tried searching for the same, but drawing blanks on this one. Here's a screen grab that might explain things a little better?
  5. Just a quick update... I was trying to figure out what was happening here, so I am testing the checkout process. Using EUR as my currency, I added a number of products. A percentage discount is applied (remember, this is wrong, it should display unit price). So I hit refresh... low-and-behold the unit price shows, with the correct exchange rate applied?! If I change the quantity, the miscalculated % displays again... hit refresh and all OK?! Anybody? * EDIT * This % / unit price problem at checkout occurs for BOTH GBP & EUR?! When you first arrive at checkout all is OK. Make ANY amend in either currency... site changes from unit price to % being displayed? So, I guess the questions now are... why are (EUR) Quantity Discounts showing wrong prices, but are correct at checkout? And, why is there this unit price / % issue on the checkout page?
  6. Hi huyle, I hope you have better luck posting in these forums than I do... I have to agree, there appears a problem with GA tracking. I have a feeling though this may just be on newer versions of PS? I have a site running 1.6.0.8 and I am 100% certain it isn't tracking correctly. Out of curiosity, what version is the site you are experiencing problems with? There are tonnes of posts on this subject if you search Google. Along with potential newer versions of PS I'm also wondering what impact CCC (Combine, Compress and Cache) has on GA as I tried adding GA code to header.tpl using {literal} and it seems the code still gets stripped, looking almost identical to the module code? Have a read of: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/analytics/2t_okdyYtVc Which links to: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/299160-solved-google-analytics-not-working-after-upgrading-to-1541 Hopefully we can find a solution, but I'm leaning more and more to CCC 'breaking' the code somehow?
  7. Interesting one, I have a shop running just two currencies GBP (default) and EUR. Product price is calculated fine based on latest exchange rates, but when it comes to Specific Prices??? GBP Specific Prices are calculated on Currency Units entered as expected. EUR however I've noticed is being calculated by a Percentage? Despite Specific Price Rules being set for: All combinations, All currencies, All countries, All groups, All customers etc. Can anyone shed any light, I'd have thought if I'd set up all these Specific Rules for GBP, then EUR would have been calculated the same way. Where's this Percentage value coming from as the % value changes as the Quantity ordered does (as you'd expect)? Hopefully someone out there can help?
  8. I'm slowly narrowing down this problem... it occurs to me that when testing the front office the same thing is happening, but only for New Clients?! Whether or not you are logged in, or simply browsing as a guest. There are NO Customer Groups or Price Rules set up? I migrated a few thousand Customers to this new PS installation, when placing a dummy order using one of these existing accounts, quantity discounts are calculated correctly. The issue (same as when adding orders via the Back Office as outlined in the OP) is when adding new orders for new clients? Why if logged in as an existing client, do the prices get calculated correctly, and not if your new to the site?
  9. Hi, I have an interesting problem with my latest installation of PS. After migrating several thousand old orders from OSCommerce to this new installation, I have come to the point where i need to add the latest couple of hundred manually since the migration. The issue I am facing is when it comes to the Order Price being displayed. Other than the base price they are never correct in the back office. All Quantity Discounts for each product have been set up correctly, and tested in the front end. Working perfectly. However, when I come to add orders manually in the back office, the quantity discounts displayed are NEVER correct. Base price is correct, but that is it? Taking one product as example. Base price for 1 item without tax is 3.52 - like I've mentioned, base price is always correct... Order 10 the price in the back office should be 1.59 but shows 1.92 >25 back office should be 1.24 but shows 1.63? >50 back office should be 1.06 but shows 1.48? 100 back office should be 0.97 but shows 1.00? etc. Luckily I can modify the prices manually each time, but I would really like to know where these figures are coming from? This occurs for all products with a quantity discount, like I say the front end works and calculates all prices perfectly. Just when adding Orders manually does this happen. Where these prices are coming from I have no idea? Done the usual Google / PS Forum search but can't seem to find any similar instances as yet. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas?
