I need to change my PHP Version from 5.5.38 to 5.6.5+ most likely 7.1 If I do this, will this affect my Prestashop which is on the same server? My current PrestaShop version is 1.6.1.9

Hi I would like to export my products to a CSV. When I try this from the export button on the Products page I see only ID Image Name Reference Category Base price Final price Quantity Status Which is fine But I also looking for the data that is connect there to manufacture and all the other features relating to the products like size etc. Is this possible if so how? Hi I am trying to find out how do I upgrade to 1.7? I am on 1.6.1.9 I received an email and every time I go to PrestaShop site, 1.7 is plastered everywhere available for download. However I do not have a ability for upgrade from the 1-Click Upgrade module. It shows as Your current PrestaShop version 1.6.1.9 Latest official version for major channel.1.6.1 stable (1.6.1.9) Thanks

Hi Hoover91 I did solve it but from help at Reddit. Prestashop forums is not very useful. Thanks I already make backups my self and I have a live test sever which i do changes and updates on before i make the changes to the customer facing site. So I did manually make new CMS pages and copied over the source code. But you can Imagen this being annoying. This is stopping me to update my customer facing site.

Hi I updated to 1.6,1 from 1.6.0.9 using the 1 click update process. I now have lost all my CMS pages. Front shop: The CMS categories are there. The CMS pages are missing. Backend The CMS categories are there the CMS pages are there When I click on edit CMS page, it shows a empty CMS field as if I am creating a new one. Is there anyway to get them back? Thanks Karan

We are running an art catalogue via prestashop. We have changed manufacturer, manufacturers, brand etc to Artist/s through translations How can we change the URL? When someone tries to view All Artists (manufacturers) it takes them to mysite.com/manufacturers. How can i change this to mysite.com/artists? Thanks

Our site with Prestashop is on store.mysite.com. However we advertise www.mysite.com There is a redirect from mysite.com to store.mysite.com Does this cause any issues? maybe with speed of loading pages or SEO? OR something i am not aware off? Thanks

Hi I have been using 1.6.0.9 for some time, I recently moved to a new server. I moved the shop over, everything seemed fine. Until i realised my modules are broken. When I am in the admin panel, I cant install or uninstall modules. When I edit the modules they do not show changes on the front end. I have a big event coming soon, and I am too worried to mess around with the website in case it breaks and isn't available for out event. I am thinking of Installing a new prestashop 1.6.0.14 on a different path, then redirecting the URL to the new path with the new Install. Is there someone who can guide on how I can transfer All products, all images of the products, manufactures, and theme to the new Install? Or if there is an easy solution that I dont know about? I have a category, I made sub categories and CMS pages within them However they are not showing. I have enabled them. Can someone help? I am using PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.9
