  1. Fixed. I really appreciate your help ikedubaku. Did not cross my mind that the setting was the cause of the problem. Setting it from DENY to SAMEORIGIN keeps the security that I wanted but enables the frames used by Click View. Thank You.
  2. Thank You Very Much for your help ikedubaku. I know what that setting is and I know where it's activated. It's on Plesk panel, I set it myself for security reasons, but didn't knew that it was that what it's preventing Quick View from working. I will unset it and test.
  3. I am running Prestashop 1.6.1.0 with default theme and just decided to activate the QUICK VIEW functionality but when I click on the "QUICK VIEW" on any product it returns a totally blank popup window. Versão do PrestaShop 1.6.1.0 URL da loja https://www.arteseideias.com.pt/ Tema gráfico usado neste momento default-bootstrap Any hints?
  4. New relic? I guess I should have known what that is and what it does but unfortunately I do not, can you please elaborate? I am guessing that Google changed something on recent builds of Chrome and that the setting causing this can be changed on Chrome but I am clueless about what it is. When using the backoffice with Chrome and running "top -d 1" on the linux shell I can see that when I click on something (no matter what) on the backoffice it generates several process all using 70%+ of CPU and therefore if I keep clicking on stuff on the backoffice (example: seeing the orders content, one at a time) after a little while the server has a high load. With IE this doesnt happen. I will try to have a look at the apache logs at a time that there aren't customers using the store so that I can see more clearly what is Chrome doing/requesting on the backoffice that creates the load.
  5. Do you need a screenshot of any specific section of the backoffice? I can post any specific screenshot you need just need to blur any customer and/or order info on it (if there's any). In the meantime here's the screenshot of the Configuration Information screen.
  6. Google Chrome version 39 and above generate a heavy CPU load on my dedicated server (Intel Xeon E3 1245v2 4c/8t 3.4 GHz+ / 32GB ram / 2x 120GB SSD) when I use Prestashop 1.6 administration interface. If I use Internet Explorer version 11 the problem doesn't happen. The odd behavior only started to happen with recent versions of Google Chrome, I always used Google Chrome and never noticed this behavior before. Been using this same server for one year. This behavior only happens when I use the Administration interface (whatever tasks I perform), when me or the customers use the store (frontoffice) the CPU load is the normal (for the tasks) regardless of what browser is used. Anyone else experienced this odd behaviour?
  7. I would like to have something like that too, if you guys find any solution please post it here
  8. https://store.nebtek.com/stores works here, well kinda. It sends me to the correct page just no SSL (browser chrome 36.0.1985.143 on windows 7) access your BackOffice using SSL https://store.nebtek.com/admin-WHATEVERPATH/ enable SSL on that settings page you showed and re-generate the .htaccess file (assuming you have one) since it might contain some redirection from https to http also if you have access to your apache httpd.conf file that could be useful to check for RewriteCond and RewriteRule directives. When we try to access https://store.nebtek.com we get a 301 response HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently That redirects us to the http version of the website so it must be either on your httpd.conf or on .htaccess file
  9. I recently (finally) upgraded from Prestashop 1.4.10 to Prestashop 1.6.0.9, all is tweaked fine and running well except for one error that keeps showing up on the error_log everytime after I edit a product. 10. Just found it. Use "Full Editor" and shows the topic title again so we can edit it.
  11. been trying to guess how to do that all morning but haven't figured out how. Marked it as solved clicking on the "Mark Solved" box on your reply but other that I got no luck on how to put the [solved] thingie on the topic title.
  12. Thanks again for your help, all went well and its up and running just fine. Used your php code and edited the settings.inc.php
  13. Thank you again for your input indobusana I run the Prestashop stores on a dedicated server and I do full server backups every night at the middle of the night (Plesk backup manager) and database backups of the Prestashop databases every morning (very early morning) so I should be fine. Next morning I am going to try it and will inform how it went.
  14. Hi indobusana, Thank you for your answer and help. My question was more on the line of... 'is this the only thing that needs to be done'? Seems too simple, and I am basically afraid of doing it without input/confirmation from Prestashop users and or specialists. Have you done it?
  15. One of my Prestashop's was still running version 1.4.10 until very recently (less then 2 months ago) and I upgrade it to version 1.6.x (now 1.6.0.9). After the upgrade I noticed that the table MySQL engine was kept the same, it was MyISAM before and still is after the upgrade. I want to change it to InnoDB but there's no option on Prestashop backoffice to do so (the was such an option on previous versions but it doesn't exist anymore on Prestashop 1.6). My question is, how can I do it? I know how to go to the tables (using phpmyadmin) and change it there (one by one). I also identified one configuration file where the database MySQL engine is mentioned (config/settings.inc.php). Is that just it? Can I just change all the tables using phpmyadmin and change also the setting on that file and I am done? Thank you in advance for your kind help.
