  1. mine is 1.6.1.6 fresh install on localhost IIS 10 got the following repeated errors: Smarty: unable to write file smarty_internal_write_file.php on line 74 and Invalid compiled template smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 182 change from Force compilation -> Recompile templates if the files have been updated in Advanced Parameters / Performance work for me hope they'll fix this bug.
  2. i have homefeature overridden, and got the similar "cannot redelcare" problem. after remove the module and override files i can update without any problems. try: 1. restore to previous point 2. uninstall, remove the module from the admin page 3. save the module in override folder to you local, and remove it from the server 4. prevent db lock. close any connections to the db. 5. try upgrade again
  3. maybe you have the module override. try 1.restore to the previous point 2.remove the module that have problem , include in the override folder (save or backup the module, so you can correct the script later to match the update) 3. try autoupdate again

  5. Mine is 1.606, image slider 1.3.9 deleted and reinstall. Sitll got similar problem. var homeslider_loop=; this error caused zopim not working on the home page.   6. Is there anyway to relate customer message and his order reference when he send a message through "Contact Us" page. In the BO->Customers->Customer Service, I couldn't find order reference regarding to his message which give me a hard time. I need to look at the shop email before I can reply him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
