Ever since upgrading, our "Mail Alerts" module does not work? We no longer recieve notifications, either does the customer. We have checked everything.....? Suggestions please! Adam

Using 1 - click upgrade I am getting a failure. Error while copying file /download/.htaccess Error when trying to upgrade file /download/.htaccess. Reverts back to 1.6.0.11? Also 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.0.11 upgrade seems to have corrupted database (problems with products dissapearing?)

I sell toner online and list a product name as HP No.02 for example with a SKU number of C8721WA listed in the short description. A search WILL NOT pick up the HP No.02 in the product title or rather "Name" but will see the C8721WA in the short description. Also I have a product, HP 131X which does not get found if it is listed (in the short description) as HP131X (without the space). Search functions should allow setting up to search with or without a space to get the result?? Can this be fixed or changed? Is there an addon that will do this?? Thanks

Having the same issue, position not available in latest versions 1.6x - is there an optional free module to make this work?? Need to change the product positions in the back-end for easier editing and have it reflected in the front end... Thanks, Adam Found it! Catalogue > Products > Filter By Category This brings up the "drag icon" and position option next to products now!

It there a way to import an Avactis Shopping Cart database directly into Prestashop? Has anyone done this before? I need to move about 5,350 products over. Looking for an automated way like an add-on or can anyone suggest how to do this please. Thank you...
