什么文件加载的耗时最长<==這個如何查? 检查日志是不是有错误或者警告<==沒有 我發現只要我是第一次進入後台, 無論是點選什麼第一次就會慢~差不多10分鐘後就回覆正常。關了浏览器再開又會出現很慢的情況~

我們最近想在後台更新一下內容, LOGIN 時的速度還好, 但當進入後台後點選任何選項都會非常慢, 等差不多10分鐘後才會正常。 請問這是什麼問題? 我已經有在 "進階設定" 點了 "清取快取"

I just upload 3 installation file to web host and i go to the website to run the install, it show : An error has occured: You must install PHP zip extension first

Hi, I just upload the 3 file to hosting space "index.php" , "Install_PrestaShop.html" and "prestashop.zip". I go to my website and show "An error has occured: You must install PHP zip extension first" May i know how to slove it? Roy

I need to upgrading my webserver for new version Presta shop. However my webservice provider give me 2 choose 1) MYSQL 5.7 + PHP7.2 2) MYSAL 5.5 + PHP5.6 I check some review said they have a problem when upgrade to 1.7.4 with PHP 7.2. Could you please advise? Roy

Let me explain my question : When i enable the Module "Referral", i have below option : in my case i choose : $50 as referral reward to my customer, here is the customer will see : Get a discount of HK$50 for you and your friends. But i try to complete the referral procedure example: ADA refer her friend Peter to become member in my site. When Peter register as member, he will get $50 referral coupon immediately. But Ada don't have, why?

Why no people have this problem??? I feel so strange!!
