I have a shop where I have the following settings enabled Allow ordering of out of stock Stock Management Advance Stock Management I have created a product with 90 items in stock I have purchased 200 by cheque, I can then go back to this product in the front end and the product shows as in stock instead of available for backorder. Then if I go to the stock management the item still shows the same amount available not allowing shop owners to be aware the product is -110 Any help much appreciated

Hi, I am not an seo expert and can't find the answer, when we remove products from the shop this will display There is 1 error This product is no longer available. Then google search console displays the following issue Googlebot for smartphones identified a significant increase in the number of URLs on ... I am creating a shop which has trade and wholesale, when a trade customer wants to register they can in the normal way, but I do not want them to be able to use the account until it has been checked and verified that they are infact a trade customer. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to go about achieving this.

Confusing as the title may be but I have an issue I can't quite work out the best way to achieve the end result, I'll try and explain Product A is made up of 8 parts(B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I). Product A can be bought whole only if there is at least 1 of each part available, Each part can be bought individually too. If we have 2 of each part a customer could buy 2 x Product A or 2 of any of the parts. If they bought 1 x Product A the stock would available would show Product A 1 in stock Products B - I 1 in stock I need to find a way of creating a product from other products and the stock reflect this

I am creating a custom theme but I can't find any answer or guide on what to do to my theme when there is a new version of prestashop? Do I need to diff all the files in my theme against default theme to see which files have changed? Any tips on how to make this process as smooth and as quick as possible would be greatly appreciated.

The problem's back, it's very odd. Does anyone else have any ideas?

thanks for your help. We tried this and it didn't seem to make a huge difference. Switching tax rules on and off seems to have done something but not 100% sure yet. It's a very bizarre issue which we've never had before 1.6.1.1 so I don't know what's changed.

Hi there, We've upgraded to 1.6.1.1 and the site is randomly showing the prices without VAT. This doesn't seem to have any logic - on my iphone in chrome and safari it's showing VAT. On Firefox and Chrome on my mac it's showing without VAT. On my colleagues mac, same os, same firefox version it's showing VAT. On his chrome there's no VAT. We're not logged in. Have cleared browser and PS cache and cookies. We've tried so much stuff with no difference. Can anyone help please?

I am still having this issue, the live site has all the correct images displaying, but as soon as I move them to a new domain and server for development the images disappear.

Yes the site is running 1.6.0.14 and google analytics is running v.2.2.0

Hi I have a few sites and I have seen a lot of forum post about google analytics not quite working as it should. I have monitored one site where lets say on a Monday there are 5 sales and these are tracked correctly in google analytics but on Tuesday there will be 20 sales and it will only track 2 of the sales. Its sporadic at best no two days are the same. I have two payment methods payment sense and paypal. There is no one bias towards either payment method. I just wondered if this goggle analytics problem is fixed or can anyone shed some light on this subject

I have a shop on 1.6.1.1, the problem is when trying to view the products in a sub category to re order them it displays 0 records. The products are in the correct category and they display in the front end and when I filter by category on the products page. I have included 2 screen shots Any ideas?
