  1. Hi, In the checkout process, as soon as a guest enters his/her details (email address, name, address, etc), he/she will be redirected to the 3rd step of the checkout process. And he cannot go back anymore to the 2nd step where he/she entered the details. It always redirects to the 3rd step. What if the guest entered his/her e-mail address incorrectly and wanted to change it during the checkout process? How can he access the 2nd step? Thanks.
  2. I received an e-mail regarding security issues, and that I have to patch/upgrade. So, I decided to just upgrade to the latest version. However, there were errors after the update (I used the 1-click Upgrade): First error: No data on the Dashboard. It just keeps on loading. Please see attached image. Second error: The child items of the sidebar menu (back office) doesn't seem to be working. When I hover on the parent items(Dashboard, Catalog, Orders, etc.), the container of the child items displays none. Third error: On the front end, the top horizontal menu is broken. The items are now listed vertically, when they're supposed to be listed horizontally. Also, the child items are displayed, when it should be visible only when the parent item is hovered. Any fix anyone? Thanks.
  3. Hi miftikhan76, I am not creating a module. I am adding fields to order-carrier.tpl. What file do I have to set $cart->UserCarrierAccount = Tools::getValue('UserCarrierAccount'); ? And how do I set values to order object from cart object? I know where the PaymentModule is, and have seen line number 260. Thanks.
  4. UP! Still no solution? PrestaShop moderators?
  5. I have a radio group added on step #4 of the checkout page (order-carrier.tpl). I need the selected radio to be inserted into the database. Radio items has name=variable and id=variable. Here's what I did, so far: 1. Create new column in ps_orders. Data type is text. 2. Override order.php: Add public $variable; Add to the array :: 'variable' => array('type' => self::TYPE_STRING, 'validate' => 'isGenericName'), 3. Override paymentmodule.php: Add inside foreach ($packageByAddress as $id_package => $package) function :: $order->variable = Tools::getValue('variable'); On the order confirmation page, $order->variable is NULL. Therefore, it can't be saved to the database. What am I missing?
  6. Hey krithiarun, Did you just upgrade to 1.6.0.9? Have you tried this fix: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/344470-top-horizontal-menu-js-not-working-after-upgrade-to-1608/ ?
  7. Found the fix. Advanced Parameters > Performance: 'Move JavaScript to the end' changed from NO to YES.
  8. Hi, I have the same problem with this topic http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/344470-top-horizontal-menu-js-not-working-after-upgrade-to-1608/ and I tried the solution on that, but didn't work on my site. Sub-menu is not showing on hover. URL: http://thev-meds.com/ Is there any other module that's conflicting with the top menu JS? Rebekah
