    Maybe credentials are not correct if you are using prestashop 1.7 check where its the db config file:

    Try clean cache of browser and prestashop. In Chrome On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More . Click More tools Clear browsing data. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. Click Clear data. Clean cache prestashop : You can try disable Smart cache for CSS too.

    On prestashop 1.7 you have 2 files header and head . when. you open head file you are inside the TAG head, anyway you can see <head> tag on file layout-both-columns.tpl inside layout folder where is <head> tag on prestashop please see my video : Where is prestashop head tag on prestashop 1.7 ? solve the problem ?

    you can try configure the product’s price decimals : 1.Please, log into your PrestaShop admin panel 2.Navigate to Preferences -> General section. 3.Here you can set the preferable Round mode. 4. you can try change Round type too check the video you can see where to change this Solve the problem ?
