Hello everybody, P.S. 1.7.6.2 If I add provinces in B.O., when I open F.O. drop down menu (in registration form, or in address settings), I found the new provinces last because de order is by ID and not alphabetical. How should I do to have the list of provinces in alphabetical order in F.O., please? Thank you so much, Alex.

Hi everyone, PS 1.6.1.18 PHP 7.1.11 I have a problem with the modules that use e-mails. I send and receive e-mails from/to PS correctly. Contact form works right with recaptcha module too. But if I try to send a request with other 2 modules, they don't work. Hi everyone, PS 1.6.1.18 PHP 7.1.11 I have some problems that I have been following for some time (probably caused by some previous modules, in DB) -If I click on "Advanced Parameters--> Information" After some time, the website go in timeout. - If I install 1 click upgrade, the installation go in timeout, but i find the module installated. -If I try to open 1click upgrade, it doesn't work (timeout too - Timeout waiting for output from CGI script) thanks to anyone who tries to help me, Alex

Ho notato che ci sono dei problemi anche nel modulo "Contattaci per questo articolo". Pur compilando tutti i campi obbligatori, fornisce un errore (La tua richiesta non è stata inviata. Controlla che tutti i campi siano compilati correttamente.) Mentre dal modulo contattaci, tutto funziona regolarmente anche con recaptcha

Si le mail di PS vengono inviate e ricevute regolarmente. L'indirizzo mail nel modulo é impostato. Cancellata anche cache

Buongiorno a tutti. Prestashop 1.6.1.18 PHP 7.1.11 Credo di trascinarmi dietro un problema causato in DB da qualche modulo, ma non riesco a venirne a capo: -La scheda "Informazioni" da Parametri Avanzati, non si apre. -L'installazione del modulo 1click upgrade sembra non giungere al termine, andando in timeout. In realtà tornando nell'elenco dei moduli risulta installato, ma non si apre andando in timeout. Grazie, Alex

Ciao e grazie per il modulo. Ho provato ad installarlo. L'installazione viene eseguita correttamente e il modulo lo vedo in front. Se non compilo i campi obbligatori giustamente mi segnala errore, il problema è che pur compilando tutti i campi e premento invia, non succede nulla! Grazie mille, Alex.
