@FunkyCrabe @Georgia85 On my end it lasted two weeks until I installed a ticket system for which the users must be registered to be able to access it, and eliminated the contact form module. It cleaned up the issue. However there was some hacking: AZZASSIN and BADU tried to inject files in my prestashop installation but my hosting warned me and put them in quarantine. You should check the image folder, and also zip your site, download it, and use a notepad++ or something like that to search for these names.

Hello @Georgia85, I added tags to the topic to try and bring more people on it. What is strange is that my theme was without the contact module and I kept receiving emails somehow (I still do). I started to think it might be due to a trigger used in the original theme module maybe, because I don't see how else they could do this with the module removed form my current theme. I receive less these days, maybe 20-30 a day but I just want them to be blocked asap.

Hello, I have an issue with PS1.7.2.4. Since yesterday I have received over 500 emails through the contact form of frontend from Russian email addresses with russian text (I translated some and that's just dumb publicity). I removed the contact form in Mytemplate/modules/contactform and replaced it by a text message. The problem is that I keep receiving emails like the one in the attachments, but they no longer appear in backend under "Customer Service". I have no idea how they can do that since the form is completely erased (I removed the code completely), and there is no email at all in backend anymore. I just keep receiving those message by email at the admin address. How can I block them out completely? Thanks for the help! I tried looking in the forum but didn't seem to find any solution.

In case anyone needs this someday, I will ask his permission to post the result here. We have spent hundreds to customize our shop and this request is mainly a "detail" I wanted to add for my customers. Let's see how it goes!

Hello everyone, I am looking for a module (so far none found) that would add a map on a product page. Explanation: - It would add a tab in product edit page with a "maps" option to add coordinate of the places where it is being sold - All the pointer would appear on the map on product page - Pointers would be clickable showing the name of the place or/and address (in phones that would open google map app) I run a professional network of distributors so that would be handy for the private customers to be able to find stores nearby when they want to buy the product instead of having to do it online. I make more sales by providing a good rotation of the products by my distributors instead of selling them myself on our website. I hope it was clear enough! I did find a module on code canyon that allows putting a map per product but with only one location, what I need is an unlimited amount of locations, and customisable pointers' content (hours opened, logo of the shop distributing it etc...) Hello everyone, I have a problem with the Loyalty Program. When a user goes to his account and clicks on the loyalty program link, it displays an error saying the page could not be loaded. Not even a 404 or anything, just like it does not work and does not exist. I have friendly URL activated (re-generated the htaccess by deactivating/reactivating just in case) I have removed and reinstalled the module to see, no changes I have PS 1.6.1.4 PHP 5.6 I looked around and it seems this problem has been seen before, one person said to deactivate friendly URLs to make it work, but in no way do I want my shop without friendly URLs... Anyone who would know how to fix it? Thanks a lot!

Hello! thanks a lot for the response, I haven't been sent a notification about a 1.6.1.6 version of prestashop however I checked your fix and it works. I now can generate PDFs for the PO orders and the rest (which I had not realised did not work either: invoices, shipping slip etc...) Thanks again!

Hello everyone, I have recently updated my PS store to 1.6.1.5 and as soon as I did, a problem with the supply orders appeared. When I create a supply order to send the PDF that Prestashop generates to a provider, when clicking on the printer icon, I get an error 500: Fatal error: Call to undefined method HTMLTemplateSupplyOrderForm::getPagination() in /xxxxxxx/public_html/tienda/classes/pdf/PDF.php on line 95 I looked around, thinking I might have made a mistake or a bad manipulation somehow, so I made a clean install of PS 1.6.1.5 on 5 different servers (hostgator, godaddy, localhost, OVH and another friends localhost) I did not change anything after the fresh install and I did the following: - activate stock management (advanced) - create a warehouse - make a supply order with "Fasion supplier" (default supplier on every clean install) - change order status (step 2, confirmed order) - click on the printer icon (generate PDF) error 500 on every 5 fresh installs.... I really need to have this function working as I work a lot with it for my POs to my providers and I can't come back to 1.6.1.4 (when it worked) since I did not use 1-click upgrade (no roll back possible)...

Anybody? :/ I looked all around the forum and other websites but I can't find someone with the same issue + solution..

Hello shokinro, and sorry for the delay! I have been sick and as a result I was not working. Apparently the issue was coming from the fact that the cache had not been cleared everywhere, so after cleaning the browser, the admin, smarty etc.. The issue resolved itself and it now works like a charm! Thanks a lot for your help!
