Hi, I contacted the developer via different channels: addons, chat, email support-google[@]prestashop.com As they told me, I updated the module Marketing with Google to v1.19.0, but product sync still has problems: 1) Only 50 products on more than 500 2) Barcode/Brand warning on 571 products, even if no product has Barcode but all products have Brand+MPN 3) Out-of-stock availability on synched products, even if warehouse management is not active and all products should be available Should I enable warehouse management? Now it's disabled. Should I select anything else on GTIN ? Now it's set to "Not available" Please help, this module is not working and all sales have stopped. Thanks

Where is the Google support forum? I've contacted the support team but with no success on product sync until now.

To solve this problem should I upgrade from PrestaShop 1.7.7.2 to latest? I suppose the problem is related to the module not to my Prestashop installation..

After unlinking GTIN on module attributes config, it seems that now Google is accepting products, 50 are uploaded and accepted. Regarding products availability, I see that loaded products are out of stock, even if products are all available. If it could help, on my Prestashop website's catalog the warehouse management is disabled. Is there any way to make all products available? After talking with the module support they said that I should update the module. My installed version was the latest on addons website v1.17.0 For updating they told me to download Marketing with Google v1.18.0 from Github. I did it, and now Marketing with Google does not sync products anymore, because I get a warning message: <<The version of the module PrestaShop EventBus running on this shop is older than the minimum required . You may use PrestaShop Marketing with Google but some features (i.e product synchronization) won't be available until you upgrade PrestaShop EventBus>> PrestaShop EventBus v1.7.6 cannot be updated through addons because it's already the latest. It's not a test, I sold products on Google with another module by Prestashop, which now is not free to use anymore.

In theory Prestashop Checkout should synchronize the order status on Paypal.com as "shipped" ?

I don't have the Paypal module but the Prestashop Checkout module. What do you mean? Does it have any bug?

The order status, when changed to "delivered", is synchronized with Paypal? I suppose that Prestashop is not syncing the order status with Paypal, because transactions on paypal.com are without tracking code and not marked as shipped..

Nickz, some payments were Paypal others were Card, but both are managed by Paypal with Prestashop Checkout..

Hi everyone. I received the first orders on Prestashop 1.7.7.2 with Ps Checkout 2.15.5, some orders have a "Pending" payment status. I have set the orders on Prestashop as delivered and with courier shipping tracking code, but they always remain as pending even after days. The orders of November 11th and December 3rd are "Completed", while the others are pending. Is it necessary to set up shipment tracking directly from the Paypal.com interface? Isn't there an automatic synchronization? Could it be due to a Paypal block because they are the first sales? Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Ciao a tutti. Ho ricevuto i primi ordini su Prestashop 1.7.7.2 con Ps Checkout 2.15.5, alcuni ordini risultano con stato pagamento "Pending". Ho impostato gli ordini su Prestashop come consegnati e con tracking del corriere, ma rimangono sempre come pending anche dopo giorni. Gli ordini del 11 Novemre e del 3 Dicembre sono con stato "Completed", mentre gli altri sono pending. Bisogna impostare il tracking della spedizione direttamente dall'interfaccia di Paypal.com? Non c'è una sincronizzazione automatica? Può dipendere da un blocco da parte di Paypal perchè sono le prime vendite? Grazie mille in anticipo per il vostro aiuto!

Hi there, subcategories are listed horizontally ordered by default, how could I list them vertically ? A solution posted on forum suggest to add these lines to themes/default-bootstrap/css/modules/blocktopmenu/css/blocktopmenu.css #block_top_menu .sf-menu > li > ul { width: auto; left: initial; } #block_top_menu .sf-menu > li > ul > li { float: none; width: auto; } but when subcategories are many it's not good, they should be splitted in columns.
