Hello , from which country you are opening from ..i have lock few country visitors ... now website work okay but looks like there was some virus and its make website lock means change folder permission and many other things .. i am from Estonia and here i have lock it for visitor ... so from my internet connection some times shows page overloaded and some time says strange ... but from other internet connection its shows some normal when i try to do some thing inside files folder like so its says that some attacker is attacking your data and trying to steal password and bank cards details etc ...
